Ok, so I originally called back in July looking for a quote on a new oil tank, a service plan contract, and auto delivery setup and rates. They were friendly on the phone. However, the problem comes with the first appointment for oil tank inspection they didnt show. I called the next day and the woman said they called, but I didnt have any messages, so they set up a new appointment for the next day. This time they sent someone, but he was very young and kept having to call someone else to ask a lot of questions. This was all fine, but the problem came when I was told I should get the quote within 10 days, but didnt. After 3 weeks I called and said I still didnt receive it and the woman told me shed look into it and have it sent out. I still never received anything. This just tells me they wouldve been unreliable service providers and so I went with another company.
