Please go else where . Horrible customer service . My refrigerator stopped cooling so, I reached out to them, as I was told theyre reliable. I was told by Phil ( the owner) that I should expect a call from a technician 30 minutes prior to his arrival . After waiting close to 5 hours for someone that never showed, I reached out to them again, to express my concerns . The first representative that I spoke to said - you keep saying the same thing, were going in circles, he will be there . I asked for Phil ( as the first representative was completely nasty) once Phil answered, he started giving me a hard time. I understand theyre busy, but communication with the customer is a priority . Please, dont waste your time . Get in contact with someone else thats reliable .

My dryer lost heat. Phil came and diagnosed it swiftly--years of experience! He came with parts the next day and fixed it. It took 4 days for him to come by but very satisfied with his professional work.

Great! My dryer broke... Phil came over the next morning, fixed it quick and was very reasonable. Im definitely calling them the next time anything goes wrong around here!
