The staff there has always been as helpful as they possibly can. Bob has worked with me and been patient even though Ive asked for a several different invoices before making a purchase. Best dunk tanks around!!! Ive seen a few other types over the years & these guys make them the best. Ours are going over 12 years in use. Over the years the function and durability has gotten even better on the dunk tanks & they make unique looking backdrops for the tanks too. Sub par customer service. Nobody seems to be accountable there. Problems with the dunk tank I bought since day 1. Broke wheel weld first time I loaded it in to trailer. Then they charge $409 for a bladder even after they know you’ve had nothing but issues.
