Took my daughter here to look at a car in September, she liked the car, she bought the car, great experience...came back last monday after finding a truck in the lot. Was told it was available, i was still on the clock so they took a copy of my license to start the process. 2 hours later they call & say some big construction company ordered it but hasnt picked it up yet.Thursday they call & say its available again, he’ll call later in the evening with a monthly rate & other details. No call back that evening so i take Friday off because i figure he’ll be calling to say come get it.... No call.. I call them and ask for the salesman, they tell me he’s not in today.I drive over there to talk to a sales manager, and the salesman they told wasnt in today walks out & tells me he’ll call me Saturday to let me know if its still available.....what an operation!You’re here to sell trucks, i’ve been here 3 times this week to buy and you won’t take my money. I don’t get it!And to top it off, when i pulled in Monday morning and was told it was availible, i pulled in with a $200,000 semi from their other dealership in calcutta.
Been dealing with grand Ford for over 30 years since tri state took over I have had my car there two times and will not go back they dont do anything you ask had 2 recalls would not fix they take forever to fix anything and when they finally fix something they dont even call you when its done dont take your car here unless u need something simple fixed then good luck will not be back
Took our older Ford van there, and they did get to it sooner than expected, but that was the only good part. We were told the PCM we had provided was bad and we needed a Ford one. Whether actual case or not, cant say, but had to go with it. I know they have to have a Ford product to be able to warrant it. Was told they would look for one. I went in 2 days later to service who directed me to Parts who then right there told me that Ford didnt make that part anymore. Ok, it is old, so I get that. My main complaint is the dirty condition I received it back once it was towed home. There was grease all over the door handle outside and the whole arm rest on the door inside. Just wasnt very professional.

Have not heard a thing in months, and just keep having problem after problem on things that should have been gone through on a 50k truck..

I have been using Tri-State Ford for our company vehicles, and the Service Team is great to deal with. They understand that our company business is fast paced, and they always get my vehicles done in a timely, efficient manner. Ed, Hillary, and Mario are always easy to talk to on the phone, and answer all my questions every time we call. We have called on other dealerships to get our vehicles in that are much closer to our location, yet, Tri-State always gets us scheduled weeks before other dealers will, and repairs are always done quickly. We have even asked for some repairs or services to be completed with strict timelines due to customer need, and Tri-State has always answered the call and met the deadlines.

They rebuilt a transmission for my husband’s car in January and 10 months later it broken again and they’re not standing behind their work despite the warranty company saying that they approved the transmission to be rebuilt. The General Manager does nothing but back peddle and talk over the customer.
Very good service. Quick and easy with the presentation and the people are very good at making them feel better about the other question about the way the other was going on and I will do that then because they have moved on from their previous job but it wasnt too late for a few times that the team is a hot topic for me as the best option to make it to yo but the game on a baseball is like the chat room for the next couple days but the streak is not a morning or a day.
Worth the hour and a half drive - everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and Ryan made everything very easy in terms of paperwork, trade-in, communication during the entire exchange, etc.. The handled the registration & title change (Ohio to PA), I would buy from them again.

Bought a Ford F150 in January 2019. Traded the pickup at a different dealer. I had purchased the extra warranty. I have been 5 months trying to get my money back on the warranty. I have contacted Liz. Filled out the paperwork. She told me that I would get it back in 30-60 days. I have tried calling, and emailing but she will not reply or call back. I have also contacted the manager but they will not call me back either. Very poor customer service.

New review...I had two recalls on my truck, I scheduled an appointment with the service department and from every moment until everything was over the service department was top notch! They informed me on what exactly was going to be done to my truck, and why. I also had the them do a works on my truck (oil change, fluids, inspection) to where I received a number rating on my vehicle on each part to know if or when I might need that part serviced. Tri States service team is the best. I informed them they was getting another 5 stars only because thats the high it goes.(This post is from a 10/18)I needed to get my tires changed and I called around and tri state was able to mount and balance my tires cheaper then any other place around. While I was there I was informed that they are under new management and are hard at work to gain a larger customer base.
Up until now I have aways had a good experience at the Ford garage with customer service. I dropped my car off on Monday and they called to talk about the issue and the noise it was making. On tuesday I never heard from the garage so I called, no new information. Then on Weds afternoon I had to call again but the person dealing with the issue was not there. After an hour Im still waiting for a phone call. I have always in the past had great service but somehow there is a lack of communication in the service department. They have always been nice when I call but really need to keep their customers up to date. This will be my 3rd phone call to get information from them. I hope to see an improvement on servrice or I will go elsewhere.
I bought a new Ford ecosport at tri state ford. The customer service was hands down the best that I had ever dealt with. We dealt with the sales manager Chris langham. He went above and beyond to not only get me in a car. But also made sure we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend anybody here.
I was very dissatisfied. I went to buy a car told mark the salesman no more than 200.00 was my budget. Spent 2 hours there waiting for someone to see what my trade in was worth. Mark then brings me a piece of paper with a payment of $305.00. Told him way over the payment I wanted. That was the end of the conversation. He never ran my credit never showed me any vehicles. I felt because Im a stay at home wife that he didnt want to deal with me. Went the next day and bought a new car in my price range at power GMC. My husband bought his truck at tri state last year and he said it will be the last one he buys there because of the way I was treated.
I took my vehicle in for service, they needed to order a new part and gave me a loaner till the next day. They were very polite and it was an extremely easy process. Thank you.

Personally the car we are happy with. What we arent happy woth is when we pirchased the car we knew it needed detailed. We took the car back to get detailed and left it all day. Now when you think of detailing you think of the interior being scrubbed and cleaned seems how it the stuff on it is light and would come out. The car was swept out plastic on the inside dash door panels etc were wiped. And the out side was washed. But nothing was done with the interior. I expected more woth what we are paying.
I wish I could give them ZERO stars and still be able to write a review. The service department for a diesel truck had the truck for 7 WEEKS and still didnt fix it. Every time we asked if we needed to find somewhere else to take it they asked to try again! They burned up a $800 programmer in their working which we had to pay for because they refused saying it wasnt their fault because it was an after market product. They still charged me $2,000! When I called to talk to the General Manager he told me he was sorry I was unhappy but that he lost more money than I paid!

I have purchased my last 3 vehicles here, chose them for repairing one of them after an accident and use them for oil changes as well as detail work. If there one thing they lack it is a large inventory but they will work hard to find the car you want and do all they can do to accommodate your wants.
