Friendly and extremely helpful staff. They took the time to help me set up the Joann App ( which has saved me so much money) and explained how it works. Store is very clean and welcoming. I definitely will continue to get all my crafting needs at the Calcutta/ East Liverpool location 😀

Took my daughter there to get stuff for her costume and they had everything she needed.

The people are very friendly at this location. The store is small, and pretty run down. Not a good selection. I go because it is the closest to me and has very friendly staff.

Easy to get to. Not busy, so no waiting to get in. I found what I needed, but then found out I could get it much cheaper by the yard than packaged like Id picked up. The lady who waited on me saved me a good bit of money!! Thanks!!

Very open and spaced out aisles. Perfect for keeping 6ft distance. Such a variety of items and they had everything I needed for my crafts. Employees were very helpful and kind.

They are a little pricey and some of their coupons dont work on certain items but they do have a lot of nice things to decorate your home with.

They was so helpful on what I needed. I was greeted at the door. Summer was wonderful.

Unique from other Joanns. Enjoy walking through the store to see the different fabrics. Its odd how they have some things other than the other fabric stores. Very helpful people. Great little store!

I only give it 4 instead of 5 because its not as stocked as most big craft stores, and seems a little dated. Nice staff and a lage building. Easily accessible and has a large parking lot in front.

This store has so much to offer. Something for everyone. I bought many nice items at Christmas time for a third of the cost!

I love Joann when I cant get out to Robinson to Michaels or Hobby Lobby. They had a great buy 2 get one free sale on Cricut HTV and vinyl products and their associates were friendly and helpful as usual. Always a great experience no matter what Joann store I visit!

The staff here is super nice very helpful and if they dont know the answer to your question theyll find someone who does. I love the store because it has a great hometown feel.

Great store but poor customer service. Kim was our cashier and she was rude as rude could get. Maybe the end of her shift but still. Probably wont go back just based on customer service. Michaels in Boardman will be my next craft store shop.

I love JoAnn fabrics but during the holiday season their fabric mark up it seemed and they would day half off and you pay the price you would normally pay. Found that upsetting.

Sale items were out of stock. They had no idea if the would be back in stock. Sale still had 6 days left.

Clerks were rude. Both as I was shopping and at check out. I tried to get help selecting a new iron. 2 clerks were too busy talking to help. The check out clerk was on a cell phone.

Cashier could have known a little more. She didnt know how to fix a return.
