Love big lots. I can always find what Im looking for without a problem.

Was a great place to go found what i needed and the people were nice and very friendly will shop there again soon very clean and tidy as wel as organized thanks.

They don’t even deserve one star. Their prices are high you can find the same stuff cheaper in other stores. We bought a box spring for our bed. It broke in two months. We pulled the cloth back and it’s not even box springs it’s flimsy wire. We called to see if we could get a refund. We had ordered it online and picked up in the store so they told us we had to have receipt and the bag it came it. We only could find our online receipt So we had to take an exchange. We didn’t even have this box of wires two weeks and it did the same thing. They won’t return and let us buy a better one from them unless we have the receipt, they won’t accept the online receipt. I wouldn’t buy any of their furniture if this is how they handle business.

Prices are always good. Store is clean. Check out area is pretty narrow.

Not a bad store. I wasnt impressed with some of the isles being pretty narrow and the line to get to checkout was like an obstacle. Also wasnt super impressed with the prices to be honest.I favor the Boardman BigLots more so than the Calcutta one, personally.

Big lots is pretty cool. They have a lot of furniture, some looks a bit more worn down then others. It seems to work though, so.

Hit and miss on items you may need

Rude and unprofessional. Refused to honor price sign and tried charging me a higher price. I didnt make the purchase and will never return to this awful place again. NEVER!!!

Like the store and theyre getting a better quality of furniture

Good deals on appliances and basically all their merchandise.

They were all preoccupied except for one guy who waited on me got my recliner and on my way thanks to him

Let their stock run out and dont restock for days. Dont know whos at fault but not good for business.

When Big Lots first opened, it was my Fathers favorite store. Back then I wasnt so impressed. But Big Lots has improved with the years. Every store is very clean that I have been to, they are pricey on some items but if you keep an eye out the clearance racks are pretty good.

The store is clean, easy to navigate a cart up and down the aisle. Staff is friendly too!

Very nice staff. Clean and well-kept store. With every visit I find more markdowns and discounts. A nice place to shop.

Just want to say my son works there and Ive heard from tons of ppl of how hard and a good worker he is, he pushes himself to do what they want done, he takes appliances apart and puts them back together, unloads the trucks when they come in, there have been ppl come to the store and buy stuff and not know how to put it together when they get home and James offers to go put it together at there home on his own free time, without getting paid to do so. I know cause I took him mysef, now how many workers do u know that does that.i. not saying this because hes my son Im saying this because hes a hard worker and needs to be appreciated for what he does. And I believe the corporate office needs to know they have some hard workers out there not just a selected few. Yes at the calcutta ohio branch.
