Bad service. 2 workers didnt care to help with a machine that needed store assistance.

First of all, right off the bat I walk in not so much as a greeting. I dont need a Welcome to Pride but at least when you go to Cumberland farms someone says hello. When you go here its silence like you are a bother to the teenagers they have working here. Same thing when I bring my purchase up. Nothing but an annoyed do you want a bag? Im sorry but your job is customer service maybe this isnt the field for you if thats so difficult. So I am fully aware the chip is malfunctioning on my credit card and every machine I use it in lately requires me to insert the chip 3 times then it asks me to swipe. I did so then the machine asked me to swipe, I swipe and it says swipe not allowed. I tried it again and same thing. The girl looks at me and basically says I dont know what to tell you. Dont even offer to ask a supervisor or anything. Just go back to your cellphone hopefully youre putting in job applications for some factory jobs where human interaction isnt required because it is not your strong suit. By the way this gas station is within WALKING DISTANCE of my house but at this point I would rather DRIVE elsewhere with my business. This place will be out of business soon, its pretty much general knowledge places like this get their profits from sales inside the store not gas, and with service like this I cant see many people returning when you have much friendlier options in town.

Good hrs, new and clean, lots of food, lottery. Well lit pumps.

Everybody is super nice. Store is clean and has really decent quick food. Parking lot is nice and big.
