The owner is extremely disrespectful. My daughter and I always come to this shop and deal with the mechanics that are always there. They are always nice and help us. When the owner comes, it’s another story, he has no regard for his customers and always increases the price well above what it’s worth. Never go to this shop. The owner should be ashamed of his attitude and utter failure to run a business. He drives a fancy car and doesn’t pay his workers a decent wage. Two of my favorite mechanics don’t work there anymore because the owner didn’t pay them. Go to any other shop for tires or work done. The owner of Jalisco Tires should be ashamed and doesn’t deserve serving the community.

I always come to Jalisco Tires when I need service for my car and their service is always quick. The mechanics are always attentive and friendly. I’d recommend this place if you’re in need of repair service.

I usually get my tires here for that I never have an issue. Its always the alignment appointments they never receive you on time or priorities other cars. EVEN IF YOU HAVE A SET TIME APPOINTMENT! Got quoted for the wrong car so price was different $90 I was willing to pay that price even though I could get the job done for the right price somewhere else but even then when they knew they were overcharging me they decide to prioritize 2 other cars and have me wait there about 30 mins I also arrived early so this wouldnt happen yet it did. Horrible place for service and wont be giving them any of time and money anymore. Ended up finding a place that charged me 50 and did an amazing job!

Horrible lazy took too long. Owner did not get off his phone the whole time 2-1/2 hours. Immediately disembodied my car so that I would be forced to wait. They told us us before doing the work it would take mo more than 45 min. Horrible service and very slow also charged double the the price of original quote. DONT COME HERE

From my experience i had a bad tire sensor i bought the sensor at the dealership i called to get a quote and from the beginning they tried to sell me their stuffs, then they said because there were a chance that they couldnt program the sensor i bought, since i told them it was from the dealer i was quoted $140 for the instalation and the programation of the sensor, and i just ask how much for the installation of the sensor and they said $15 which is a very fair price. When i went to the shop they installed the sensor but they change the price to $20 which still a fair price and did the programation on the sensor my self it took me less than 30 seconds to do it all sensor are working and they wanted to charge me $120 like if it was going to take them hours to program a sensor, i know that a business needs to make money but come on be reasonable and dont scam people with prices like that. Thats why you will get 1 star

I took my car for a tire balance since it was shaking at around 60 mph and they did it the first time but did not fix it. I was charged 25 for the 2 front tires that time. So I took it back a couple of days later and now they did the front right tire and rotated it to the back saying it may be the rim. Now they charged me again another 25 I don’t know why if they did I not fix it right the first time. So they balance it again and still it’s shaking.. I believe they are not performing there job accurately so now I will have to take it to a different shop and wasted 50 dlrs with them for nothing...

These guys hook it up.. went to 3 shops to get a shredded tire off my prowler rim.. other shops said they needed a custom tool etc. These guys got it off for cheap. Not even a 3pc rim

Wow this place is very terrible. Their prices are very high and they are very rude people. They do not want you to stand up look inside the shop to see what they are doing to your vehicle. They will always tell you You can have a seat over therewith your back to them facing the donut shop across the street. People please do not go here at all. Their tires are no good and they tried to charge me $80.00 each for each tire that only had about 60% of thread left.

Please do not 🚫 go to Jaliscos, they are scammers. Mercedes deaIership did a complimentary point inspection and said I needed control arm bushings. I purchased control arms and he charged me $295.00 for labor only to put them on. Days a later my suspension started making noise. I took the car back to Jaliscos and he test drives the car and lied stating I needed shocks and sway bar link which is a lie because if those parts was bad Mercedes Benz dealership would had told me that on the inspection. Jalisco refuse to look at the car. They intentionally loosen the suspension bolts so I could bring my car back so they could lie and say it was something else wrong to make more money which is a scam! I will see them in small claims court and dont forget to bring your mask SCAMMER!

Brought my own synthetic oil I bought at Walmart $25 & oil filter $7 and they put it in for $25. Cant beat their price cause you go to any other garage for synthetic oil change & theyll charge you over $100 at least. Bring you own oil & filter👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

So, I got a blowout on my trailer at 5 a.m. on the 5 freeway, scary stuff... well, i pulled off the freeway and there lies in front of me jalisco tires. Surely a Godsend. They had my size tire and soon as they opened, the service tech hooked me up and got me back on the road asap. Ill go back whenever I need tires. Absolutely great service. Highly recommend this spot. Oh yeah and the prices were awesome.!👍

The service here in Jalisco is excellent and don’t talk about the manager David he’s very helpful and friendly I definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to fix there car for good prices and quality

They plugged my boyfriends tire and said it would be good within the same day the plug came out of the tire and the tire balled up the next place I went to told me they should have never did that because it was to close to the edge

First time here had a flat tire instead of selling me a new one he offer to see if it can be repair first before selling me a new one or used clean shop friendly employees and their fast they even work wknds

Great experience with Elvis. Shop was closed but he went the extra mile to open up and helped me get a tire and place it on my truck..

Even when it was the busiest day, they helped me with my tire and they give me a good discount for an all new tire. It has good customer service even they were all in pressure on that day. I would recommend for a quick patch.

I wanted to give Jalisco a higher rating. However, about a week after getting a new tire I had a blowout on the freeway. A nearby mechanic even made a snarky comment and asked if they even know how to change a tire. Answer is I guess not. Unless you are desperate dont go to Jalisco tire.

Honest employees, friendly. They did an excellent job. I recommend them for your regular oil change, aswell as your transmission change. Seeing them do tire repairs, honestly .

Not only do they tell you the problem but also show where it is. My seal was broken and leaking oil. They had to drop the transmission in order to replace the new seal. I went and got a few quotes from other mechanic shops and they wanted to charge me 6 to 800 Jalisco only wanted 450$.they did a great job and because they stay busy give me a good feeling to trust

The tire they replaced for me nearly blew on he freeway a few hours later. Did not even last a day.They were very unhelpful when I called to arrange a replacement or refund which I ended up just having to throw it out. Waste of money and potentially could have been a very dangerous situation. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Too pricey for the poor quality they offer

One day in 2011, my car breaks down across the street of this place. Fuel pump went bad on my car I ask if they can fix it? They said yes....this place had the nerve to sell me my old fuel pump back to me for $208.00 parts and labor. And my car kept shutting off. I took my car to another mechanic my parents use, he later asked me, if I was sure they placed a new fuel pump in my car? Of course I say yes... gives me a flash light points to the pump on my car. They painted my old pump silver, they didnt take the time to even wipe off the dirt and oil on it. Just painted and billed me. And the other mechanic at actually fix my car only charged me like $60 for parts and labor. And advised me to report this place. At the end of it all I got my money back. Maybe they under new management? Who knows, enter at your own risk.

They are very traces they put used parts and oil change they leave you the same oil filter. I had half a tank of gasoline. Yes, my car got 66 miles and lost the battery cover when it was not necessary to check the battery. The OBD also cost me $ 100dls
