I love this place. May I recommend the torta special? It comes with chips and a drink. I honestly would have that instead of anything from Subway because the ingredients actually taste fresh. Plus, youre not drinking it with a soda. Youre drinking it with a refreshing agua fresca.

Great place for a fruit snack or a torta with a delicious Agua Fresca! They also have delicious house chips and cakes and snacks.

Love coming here for the ice cream but the customer service needs to improve. Some of the ladies working here have the worst attitude and are very rude. My daughter and i got there 15 min before closing time and as we walked in they all turned to look at us as if we were intruding or bothering them. I asked them if they were still open because they were mopping and cleaning but one of them said in a very rude tone “ yes we are still open” as we are ordering our ice cream the lady was rushing us.. felt very uncomfortable.Management needs to hire better people. I mean a smile is not gonna kill ya.

Worst costumer service. That ladies are so rude every single time. I buy from here all the time along with my co workers. I went in to buy a lemon which I have purchased in the past plenty of times. I walked in and a lady helped me I asked her if I can buy a lemon and purchase it with my card. She informed me it would be $1.50 for 1 lemon. I forgot to bring some from home today, so its like a last minute resort but I really wanted a lemon so I was willing to pay for it. Shes then informed another person would help me, Elvira, now this lady was so rude I asked her for a lemon, and she told me they dont sell them. I told her Ive purchased a lemon before in the past not once but a lot of times. Shes like it must of been a mistake. I told her every single time Ive made a purchase it was a mistake. She then added that she couldnt sell it to me because I was paying with a debit card which theres a $7 minimum for purchase. Theres a sign there that says if you spend less then that amount you have to pay a fee which I was fine with. She said she couldnt sell it, I then pointed out the fact her coworker had just told me it would be $1.50 and she stared at her coworker with a death stare. She then said I cant sell it. I just find it so upsetting because we always go there and always have to deal with their horrible attitude but today that was on another level. I dont understand how can this place have so many rude employees especially one like Elvira. Last time I and all my coworkers go here! I hope someone replies to me, because I see they only reply to the good reviews and not the customers that have had a problem. Which to me equals poor customer service once again!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I used to come to this place because they give you the option of getting yogurt with your bionico in lue of cream. I drove 30 minuets to get a bionico with yogurt. Since I hadnt been here for I while, I checked the menu to see if they still had the yogurt option, which they did. I ordered it and was told that I could get the bionico, but only with cream. I agreed to get it with cream, but to give me the cream on the side. The girl, with no signg of sympathy nor care on her face, tells me they do not give the cream on the side. The most annoying was the expression on the girls face and her attitude as she is telling me this. She lacks any sense of customer service!!!I did not buy anything and will not come back here!!!

As the title of the business is.....this que delicious is a wonderful place to eat delicious plates. I give this business a 10 because it is a bueno, bonito y barato businesses. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality if the staff who works there.

I love this place, they have a great variety of fresh juices to Ice cream. Their fruit trays are cut fresh when you other them, I usually place the order a day in advanced that way when I go there to pick it up I dont have to wait.

The ice cream & aguas frescas are good when they have them. The nachos are always stale. Disappointed at the fact that son went in for lime and cucumber water & the girl hesitated for a moment before saying she couldnt make it. Just as well since the last time they added artificial lemon juice rather than fresh. Not sure well be going back. Shame since I was going to order fruit platters for a retirement luncheon at work.

UNHYGIENIC!! They dont know how to handle food properly. I ordered a fresas con crema. The girl that took my order was cleaning & handled my cash payment. Without washing her hands or putting gloves on, she started cutting the strawberries with her bare hands!! She got bothered when I stopped her and asked her to either wash her hands or put gloves on. I can do without the germs & bacteria!!!
