A month ago i purchased a car at Domex Motors, it started giving me problems and i thought the dealer was not going to help me out. I called them and i was very surprised how they helped me out with no questions asked. I had a really bad experienced with other car dealers, but at Domex they make me feel like family. All their staff really professional. I really recommend them to any first time buyers, or any body who wants to purchase a car.

I bought a mini Cooper here on March 3 2017. As soon as I took it home it stared giving me problems. The owner Guari is a crook and didnt want to help me. At the end it came out that it had a bad engine and I had to pay $500.00 just to return the car. Please stay away dont trust this guys. Valparaiso is a better dealer with better deal.

I bought a jetta from this place...and it give me problems with the A/C ..I took back..and the owner let me used another car from dealer.. until they fixed the problem with my car.. they have very good customer service....I appreciate that very much..

Bad experience buying a used car, plenty of things to repair and was not told by anyone that multiple parts of the car were failing. As a 1st time buyer, I was expecting to be told more details about the car and for sure wasnt expecting to have repairs totaling close to $1000 after just 3 month ...

My husband bought a 2011 Chevy Equinox to commute from Azusa to Bell Gardens. It had an issue with shaking while it idled. They were so helpful and took it to their mechanic and replaced the sensor but it kept doing the same thing so we brought it back to them. But in the meantime they let us borrow a car for free and who does this?! We were very grateful for this.Anyway the second time the mechanic fixed it and it was something to do with the fuel regulator and that did the trick.Brian even gave me a ride to the bus station the first time which was great when we dropped it off the first time.GO SEE BRIAN HEs your guy.Aquí en Domex Motors nos atendieron muy bien y hasta nos prestaron un carrito para no quedarnos sin nada ya que nuestra otra camioneta se nos descompuso también, los recomiendo muchísimo son muy amables y comunicación es importante. If you want to establish credit, this place is not recommended, they tell you and they assure you that it will work for you, but I a year and a half later paying on time and I realize that it is useless, it is their decision.
