My daughter was on the receiving end of someone pulling out of a side street & not paying attention. Thank goodness her toddler wasnt with her. We went to Crash Champions per our insurance direction & were greeted warmly & professionally. Our adjuster, Rick came out to survey the damage. He gladly answered all our questions, never talking down to us. No question was too small or unimportant. Our plans were to leave town about 10 days after this accident as we were to close on selling our house & move on to greater adventures. Rick made it happen! Well, of course the whole staff made it happen. Way to go!! Her car was repaired in time, looks awesome & were off. Thanks everyone! Highly recommended!

The in-house adjuster, michelle, was very corteous, polite, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never will I give business to this company again. Repiars and parts that were paid for were not completed. No one knew what was going on on multiple occasions throughout the process and customer service was lacking tremendously.

I dont like it they only take credit cards as payment now!! What if dont have a card on u ? I dont carry my card I only use it if Im going to buy something. What happened to good ole cash ? CRC did a great job rust proofing and undercoating my new car. The price was significantly less expensive than the dealer quoted me, the staff was friendly, and my car came back looking shiny and beautiful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Collision Repair Center, Now called Crash Champions no matter the name is an excellent service to work with. Had my vehicle back in no time and even corrected a minor power window issue in no time flat. Great dependable service.

They did a wonderful job of repairing damage on right front door. The only problem, the car was there before 7am as agreed and they called at 12:25 wondering why the car was not there. They lost a whole day. Things do happen. Would we go there for any future repairs, etc? Yes we would. They do exceptional repair work.

Car took a week longer than it was originally quoted, they changed the competition date four times. They never bothered to call me, text me, or email that the car would not be finished on any of the dates quoted, I had to call. When I finally got the car back body panels were misaligned with crazy uneven gaps and chips in the corner of my bumper where they just tossed it on in a hurry. Ended up taking it somewhere else to fix the alignment issue which took about 45 minutes.

It would a a 0 star but it wont t let me. Took my Cadillac in to have the bumper repainted and the made it look worse then when I took it in, missing parts, different color and scratches on what they painted. Cant wait to talk to the guy tomorrow

Had my car here after a tow truck had almost ripped off my rear bumper and scraped up the front. needed these pieces painted along with with other misc. items that had been scratched up. I bought my car brand new with less than 50 miles on it and now after having them do the repairs to these panels my car leaks water now from several gaskets they failed to take the time to install correctly. youd think that after taking it to a body/collision repair center theyd return your car better than new, instead Im looking at replacing the carpet throughout my car.

I scheduled 3 weeks out for a time frame that fit my schedule. A repair they said would take less than two days is now going on four. Not only are they behind schedule, but no one From CRC called to tell me about the delay. I had to call at the end of both day 2 and 3 to find out the status. Very poor customer service, hopefully I need no more repairs, but if I do I will look at other repair shops.

I had seen this body shops commercial on TV and decided to give them a try when someone hit and damaged my car in a parking lot. I work near this repair center and called ahead to inquire about extended hours, since I normally work M-F, 8-5. I spoke with a very nice lady in the office who explained that if I come in right at 5pm, someone could take a look at my vehicle and give me an estimate. I was able to leave work a little early and arrived at their location at 4:55pm. I walked in and was greeted by three men. I explained I was there to get an estimate. Before I could say anything more, the old man looked at his watch and very rudely interrupted me. Actually, we close in 5 minutes, he said.I didnt even get the opportunity to explain that someone from their company had told me to be there at 5pm.He was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! Wow!!!! Even his coworkers were left in bewilderment with mouths hanging open.If theyre THIS rude to a customer from the beginning, can you imagine how the rest of the customer service experience might be???There was NO WAY I was going to stick around to find out!!! Maybe, instead of spending money on advertising, this place should invest money on customer service training. In 5 seconds flat, the grumpy man demonstrated that this company has TERRIBLE customer service skills, and doesnt respect their customers; he lost my business forever, and ANY future referrals. I work for a very large company and have a lot of family here in the QCs. I will make sure to warn-off all of my family and coworkers. To the rare gem of a woman that answered the phone, I say, Girl, go work somewhere that appreciates fantastic customer service skills. They obviously dont deserve you! To anyone else looking for a repair shop, Dont waste your time at this place! There are dozens of BETTER choices in the Quad Cities!!!

I went there a few months ago after another car backed into mine. I went in to get an estimate. The gentleman refused to properly look at it. Just listened to the car running with the hood open. Didnt put the car in the air or look underneath. He then proceeded to tell me to go somewhere else! As someone that works in insurance, it will be the last time I refer any of my customers to crc.

Ive had multiple cars repaired and painted and this was by far the worst experience. I hate to leave bad reviews but these guys botched it repeatedly.

Talk about having the worst service, I had made arrangements to have my car fixed due to a recent accident. Front end damage, radiator pushed in, head lights broke, hood broke etc. Well enough damage that I knew my car would need some work. After almost a month CRC called me to say my car was fixed. But for some reason my battery was dead. My wife being on the account first she Okd it so after spending 500.00 deductible, they replaced battery 153.00 and driver side door handle which was quoted at 150.00 or less. I paid 263.00 for a door handle and paint.Pick up day: I went around 3:45 PM. And after being scammed on the final bill I noticed in the back seat some extra parts. Politely made a phone call after leaving explaining my issue, parts in back needed put back on and I would be stopping by to have it fixed after work.The next day: Receptionist was nice but a little on the down fall. Rick the little guy he came to the desk and we went back and forth about my parts just left out. He says well maybe those werent needed any more. happened to be my airflow intake for on my engine. After further inspection I noticed my windshield wiper fluid flow wasnt coming out hardly. A metal wire was holding up my hood bar ( to hold hood up). Water leaking into head light and all they had to say was it was like that before it came in.Two things: Calling BBB and insurance company for them trying to scam and save. And if it was like that in the accident why wouldnt it be fixed after the fact.DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!

I would not recommend that anyone use this company. I recently had work done here they chipped paint on tail gate of new 2016 truck then claimed it was old. Had over spay from rust proofing/ under coating on truck cab. They got sealant from on towels all over the top of bed liner on top of sides of the truck bed. Very poor customer service and very low quality of work

I wouldnt give this place a 1. I went there today after my insurance told me they work with them. I told the receptionist there i went somewhere else that does not work with insurance and my insurance suggested i go to crc. A man came out of the office and was hammering me if i would be getting the work done there or the other place . I said i didnt know i wasnt the one to make that decision. He kept on and i left saying i would just go somewhere else. His response was just ok . Im sure my insurance company makes them alot of money a year so i guess i didnt excpect to be treated like trash. I have taken cars there in the past but will never go there again. I just needed an estimate to get something started with my insurance Was already bad enough that im getting a repair that was a hit and run.
