The dealership had a friendly atmosphere. The sales person(Ashley jones) was friendly and easy to deal with. I told her what I expected out of the new vehicle and my trade in and she made it happen. A couple jokes later and I was leaving in my new Tahoe. I will be a repeat customer!!

Jordan Thome provided exceptional customer service throughout the purchasing process. We live out of state and completed the purchase entirely via messaging and phone calls/texts. Great customer service, staff is very personable. Felt horrible for keeping them past close but they were patient and worked with us! Only down side was we couldn’t leave with the vehicle that night, still needed to be detailed HOWEVER it had just arrived on the lot the day prior so understanding. In march I took my vehicle there to be estimated for body work due to a accident. After which I waited a few weeks til the time came for repairs... They had my car a lil over a week and did a very excellent job on repairing the damages...! I & others cant tell them my car was in an accident...! Only downside is that theres a slight shade of color difference where the repairs was done, but its unnoticeable to the unaware eye than my car had been repaired..! I was pleased with the quality of work and I like the customer service..! Ill go there again if I ever need more body work...!

They changed my 4 tires for mercedes sprinter...I had ordered 4 tires and allignment, I pulled the van 8 am, I arrive at 2 pm when they told me they didnt do allignment ... in the normal world it is said we cant do allignment and not in the end very ruthlessly and unprofessional ...WORST SERVICE EVER

I was visiting Moline from out of town to care for my father. I took him to a medical appointment, dropped him off at the door, ended up locking my key in the truck while it was running. When I called Green Chevrolet I was told I could come and pick up a valet key or call a tow truck. Being locked out of my truck I wasnt able to come and pick up a key, I asked if it could be brought to my location (15 minutes away from dealership), I was told no, When I asked to speak to the manager, Anna came on the phone, when I explained my situation, she, not only was friendly and helpful, but willing to bring the key to me. Because we are from out of town, we have never had our vehicle serviced at this dealership. If there ever was an example of outstanding customer service, this is it. Thank you Anna! You are a great role model for those you manage!!!!!!

The people who work in certified services are rude and no welcoming. On the other hand the guy In the parts department was friendly and helpful.

Getting my oil changed at greens is no hassle but i will never buy parts their again my battery was bad and i had them put in a new one and that helped me and they did a great job but after i checked around i could of bought a battery with a longer warranty for about 70 dollars less but in all fairness that is on me, from now on i will do some research first.but as far as the being taken care of personally it always a very good experience

We could not have had a better buying experience!!!! After leaving Shottenkirk in Burlington, IA from a HORRIBLE experience we were getting ready to give up. After leaving there and heading home we found another Durango that was coming soon to Green Chevrolet and didnt even have pictures yet. We decided to stop in and check it out since it was on the way home. Julie Young was absolutely wonderful along with Mike Anderson. She showed us the vehicle and explained the inspection process and Mike explained more detailed info on the history of the vehicle. We ended up putting a down payment on it and schedule a time to pick it up after inspection and detailing. When we came back to get it we were presented with the detailed inspection report and they even filled up the tank for us. Jesus Diaz in Finance made the payment process a breeze.Not once in the whole process did we feel pressured and nothing felt shady like it did at Shottenkirk. Even tho Green Chevrolet is 4 hours from our house we will be considering making the drive for future purchases based on the service and the people we worked with. Bought a vehicle, no problems everything went smooth. Went back for an oil change, I let the receptionist know that my turn signal and brake light were not working. She said she would make a note of it and during oil change they would find the issue. I showed up for appointment oil change, tire rotation and inspection was done. I asked about the turn signal. The response was that there was no note of it, so I asked about the multi point inspection and why they didnt notice. They said they didnt know but I could schedule another appointment at a later date because they were to busy. After leaving with no signal or brake, I looked over the paper and they put a check mark next to inspection categories (positive saying all checked good). One of those checked was lights, so apparently they dont go all the way through the inspection they just check mark all. I took it to another place and had a bulb replaced. Any other place I have ever went to get an oil change they try to sell me wiper blades check all my tires check on my lights and look over the vehicle. I thought a higher end company like Greens would take more pride and care of the customers but apparently they just move you like sheep.

My experience was alright. I still do not have the car I purchased because they are working on fixing the airbag sensor. It will be 4 days tomorrow. They want me to sign off on it. But they are telling me it will need new wheel bearings soon. Im not sure what to think.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Talked with sales guy, sent in pictures of my trade and was sent an email with Your Purchase Details which has your trade value on it. After spending all afternoon at the dealership and taking it for a test drive, the salesman I was dealing with was busy and a lady proceeded to tell me that no one in the car industry uses Kelly Blue Book and that people should only take what the dealers are willing to give them based on the local market. Then the sales manager came out and offered $3,000 less than what was sent in the email. He then proceed to call me a liar that they do not provide any value estimates on their website, even though I have an email to prove it.Smoke and mirrors to get you in the door so they can pressure you buying something.I understand trade values fluctuate, but to be called a liar by the sales manager even though I had an email to prove it was not what I was expecting from a reputable dealership.Will never buy vehicle from Green.

Good sized dealership with a large selection. Well maintained website made it easy to look and know what’s available. Not pushy salesman and willing to spend the time it takes to make the sale. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and knowing what my trade was worth. There was no back and forth, we all knew what it was going to take to get the deal done. The only issue was the financing. The finance guy we dealt with would rather do everything on paper instead of electronically. Nothing wrong with that at all, it just tends to drag out the process a bit. Overall, we were at the dealership for 3hrs and 45 min total. That included: test drive, trade evaluation, finalizing numbers, financing. Not at all bad.

This was a really good experience! Jordan did an outstanding job and was easy to work with. Much better experience than previous dealerships.

Went to Green about 80 miles away, very interested in a SUV they had there. Planned on purchasing it, took it for a test drive. The headlights did not come on, took it to a auto store, advised they were turned on but they were not working, took it back to Greens and the sales manager told the rep we were working with that the vehicle is As Is It is not as if we were complaining about a scratch on the vehicle. This was the headlights, a very needed part of the vehicle. The headlights are about 150 each. Handed keys back and walked out. Maybe they thought we would be down during the day and would not have noticed.

We exchanged emails with Joe Kula who is really very responsive. Made the deal without any hassle.When I came in to pick the car up I got a very professional reception. I loved Green Chevrolet until today. A few months ago, I took my car in for a free oil change that came as a package when I purchased my vehicle. There was a simultaneous routine check-up where they found that my water inlet needed to be replaced. They told me it was urgent and would cost around $400.I couldnt afford the repair on the spot, so I denied, choosing to drive as little as possible until I could get it fixed. I finally took it to a different shop today.The new shop was shocked - they told me that nothing was wrong with the inlet, my coolant tank was full, and that at only 27,000 miles it would be a rare issue.I was appreciative of the money saved, however, learning that the stress accumulated in the last few months was unnecessary created an unnerving experience. What if I had paid the $400? I would never know otherwise.I would also like to point out that this issue has never happened with my male fiance, who regularly gets oil changes and work done at Green Chevrolet. They have never attempted to scare him into making an immediate decision. We even drive the same model of car, just four years apart.Ultimately, though the majority of employees are wonderful (shout-out to Francisco and John!), my partner and I will not be returning for services. My service advisor was Alex Champagne, if that helps.Green, please do better.

Green Chevrolet is the first dealership Ive ever used to get a car. I usually buy private. They made my first time with a dealership very easy. They were straight to the point and didnt annoy me with the stereotypical salesperson pitch and keep badgering me. They gave me my finance options and kept it simple. All the staff were friendly through the whole process and made me feel comfortable. Sales +1, inventory +1, service -1, costs -1 wow factor -1. My sales rep was great and I was happy with my deal. The selection was great as well. Finance guy was less than pleasant, and the process was so slow. Service is out of control. The prices are inflated through the roof. They bill by the job and even if your job is 8/10 of an hour by their chart. You will still be there for longer. I only go for warranty work. No complaints about the quality of work.

Green had the truck we wanted and made it easy to test drive. My only complaint is the purchase process is too slow. There was a long wait. The salesman was great, the financial officer was great, but getting through start to finish could of went quicker. Despite that, I still give them 5 stars for service. I left with no unanswered questions.
