I use to work here the boss expects us to get 10 hours of work done without lying in a 8 hour day including two 15min breaks and a 30min lunch break not a good place to work dont waste your time and I would give this zero stars if I could also the boss was lazy and freaks out if he gets dirty I seen him leaving early from work too.

These guys took complete advantage of me and where I took them... when I started they were only pulling less then 25 trucks a shift to clean out... when I left they were at 34 trucks a shift... if your getting hired there dont let them disrespect you as an employee... Im a labor worker born and raised for it...

This is a review of Control - Matcon from an employees perspective. Control will hire from local temporary employment agencies and promise the employee employment within one year. When the one year date was getting close, the group of people I started with where told we were switching to another employment agency. In turn denying us company positions. Within one year 100 employees started and either left or their assignment was terminated. The unprofessionalism of management behavior and favoritism of employees that are their friends outside work make it an impossible goal to get hired unless favored. I hope this information will help you spot the lies and terrible tactics management uses to manipulate and use temporary workers.
