Ive bought a lot of furniture here,and always paid for the warranty. With this being said Ive tried to get a response from the warranty company,but get the run around. I hope I see some response from the warranty company or the business I bought through.

We have bought a lot of furniture there this year and couldnt be happier. I like that they sell Ashley Signature. The sales people are helpful and courteous. The delivery drivers are professional. They had to put together our dining set and cleaned everything up. I will be buying there again. Im a very picky person and they did not disappoint.

Bought a couch over 2 months ago and was told that it would take 6-8 weeks. I paid and now that more than 2 months have gone by I called to check on my order and they just told me to expect an additional 4-6 weeks. They sold me a couch with one timeframe, once they had my money it changes to whatever they like. If I knew it would take 3 or more months to get a couch I would have gone elsewhere to buy a floor model or a used one on Facebook marketplace. If you want to be lied to and mislead, feel free to take your business here.

Customer Service can be ridiculous when they chat too much with customers and have other customers waiting. Instead of me being rude I just left. Wow yeah a little disappointed. Now I know Not to come on the weekend

I have purchased furniture from furnish before! I stopped in to prove some furniture. Sales lady was very nice and asked if I needed any help. Very nice store. I went to Ashley in the mall and asked about some bar stools. Salesman was not very friendly. Wont shop there. Furnish is helpful friendly!! Keep up the good work!!

We bought a living room set from the east moline store. From start to finish it was easy Peasy! Our salesman was great!It was delivered today, on time, and the two men that brought it were very polite, professional and friendly! They made sure to get all the snow off of their pants and shoes before coming in the house… They took the packing and cardboard off outside and took the furniture apart to bring it inside, and then Reassembled it all quickly and arranged it the way I wanted it in our living room! Thank you guys!

Purchased a sectional and have been very happy! Just recently purchased an additional piece & Misty was great in getting the order placed & communicated once it arrived. Delivery was scheduled with a 2 hour window & the truck showed up within the first 15 mins, guys were great & were in & out within 10 mins. Very professional from start to finish!

Was going to purchase a child’s bed and another queen bed as well as a living room set here but now..... I Ordered my bed on October 23 was told it would be a two week delivery and I would get a call! Loved the service while there had a great experience while there but now I’m waiting another week for the delivery.... They didn’t even call to say the delivery was going to be late I called them because it’s been 2 weeks !!!!!! super disappointed especially when I made a point that I was pregnant and wanted it as soon as possible. I would have purchased elsewhere if this were the case. I’ll deff be purchasing elsewhere because of this. Almost a month for delivery when I was told 2 weeks is unacceptable. I will deff not be shopping here again. A call saying that it would be late would have been nice....

My Fiance and I went there for a new furniture set. They delivered our furniture, and completely scrapped up my wall and actually made a deep crack in the wall from our couch legs. Left brown marks all over the wall from our cushions . The also slid our brand new kitchen table on my floor and scrapped the top part. I called and complained, and a guy came out and looked at the damages.. he thought he was going to get away with fixing the table with a wood PEN!!! Yeah not happening. I called and said either give me my money back, or get me a new table A new table is on its way. But the guy that came out just made excuses that the movers had a really tight fit and scrapped the walls.. and to make things worse, it was raining when they delivered our furniture and there was no plastic on my table or my SUEDE couch!! They think 50$ is enough refund for ALL the trouble they put us through!!!! DO NOT go to Furnish 123!!!!!

Great staffWhen they delivered my couch they were friendly quick and even Entertained my curious 4year old by answering his questions.

I went into this store today. No one greeted me when I came in. I had to go look for an associate. When I found them, there were 4 people sitting around a desk. 2 of them were on their cell phones, 1 was on the store phone and 1 was just sitting around there. I asked about sleeper sofas, one associate stated that all sofas were available in a sleeper. I then had to ask if someone was going to get up and show me or if I was on my own. By the time they figured out who was going to get up and help I was halfway out the door. Very poor customer service.

Great customer service! The new matress gallery is amazing! My mom found the exact matress and boxspring she was looking for in15 minutes with no problem. The two weeks for delivery is completely understandable as common sense would tell you that Furnish 123 is a furniture showroom NOT a furnitire warehouse.

If I can give a negative number I would!!!! Agreed upon a price on my daughters bed. Went to go check out and they wanted to charge my wife and extra $100 for it. Left the store with my crying 9 year old that get the bed she wanted. Thanks

Told couch would in be over a week ago, and no one has any idea where anything is. Hard to run a furnture store if you cant get people what they ordered in a professional manner.

My husband and I went to this store for a new sofa. We were ready to spend 1700+ but nobody greeted us within the 15 minutes we were there. I wouldnt have bought anything anyway due to shoddy workmanship and sub-par quality .

Purchase a new living room set from there. My couch had to be repaired and when it was being fixed the repairmen showed me were the frame had been repaired already. New furniture that I purchased was already broke. Basically I am stuck with broken new furniture because ashley furniture rep said nothing can be done about it. Stay away from 123 furniture!!!!!!!

I purchased a sofa, 2 end tables, and a cocktail table at Furnish 123 2 years ago, but neglected to write a review at the time of purchase. It took me awhile to determine which couch I was going to purchase, but one of the couches I was interested in was in their showroom and still in the running. The sales associates were patient and did not apply high pressure sales tactics. Two years later, the furniture I purchased at Furnish 123 has held up well and I have not had one single moment of buyers remorse.I highly recommend furnish 123.
