The best sprint store you would ever want to go to the staff there are so patient and concerned always help with a smile I thank God for people like them makes you want to spend your money knowing your getting quality and respect thank yall.

Completely unprofessional. Team member misinformed my mother about her phone and sold her a new phone under the pretense her phone didn’t work. Plugged in a new charger and boom phone works fine. Then they charge a $40 restocking fee which they claim they can’t waive but I worked for T-Mobile and I know they can. Joe was completely unhelpful and the district manager couldn’t even respond to a text message about the situation. I will be switching all of my lines to another carrier.

This Sprint store is the best one in the area I went here a few weeks ago and saved over 75$ off my Verizon bill and switched 7 phone lines here! The manager Tommy is definitely amazing! I would definitely recommend going here it’s directly across the street from shoprite! Ensure you go in and ask for Tommy!

If I could give them zero stars thats what Id do!!! Seriously the worst sprint store I have ever been to. This is my first bad review in my life, Im not the type to do this but wow the guys were not helpful what so ever. We interrupted his facetime call and then he was not understanding any of our questions. Sprint should be ashamed to have people running their business like this. We have been with sprint forever and they are definitely losing our business. ✌

The worst experience I ever had is with the sprint mobile. The day after I bought the phone and plan they call me back saying that the registration is not well done. I got to know then, the extra charge I need to pay to own the phone after 18 months which was $200. I returned the phone. They just wasted my time. No way suggest the sprint to my friends. They have the hidden charges with them which they don’t inform right infront of the customer. Don’t run for the deals. The one with the cheap deals have hidden charges. If u wanna go to them, just hard inquire if there is any hidden charges directly. Mainly for sprint.

This Sprint store is definitely one of the best I have ever been to! The staff here immediately makes you feel welcomed and they are willing to help you with any of your wireless needs! I went there with my family to switch over 5 lines and they saved me tons of money on my bill! I love Sprint and I am so glad I ditched AT&T which is right near this Sprint store, so make sure you go here! Ensure you go see Corrie as she helped me get a great deal with all iPhone 8s! This store is right in-between Starbucks and Gamestop in the Northtowne shopping center if you get lost because at first I couldnt find it!Thank you so much Corrie!

I worked with the khalif and celina I wanted to cancel sprint but the service they gave me at this store is service I know for a fact now and days I wont receive any where else they are great at this location and very helpful I was in and out, did not have to pull teeth and felt welcome
