I really like this store the prices are good and the quality is awesome!

The place is huge and so is the selection. Everything seems decently priced

I was very pleased with the wide selections of every thing I was shopping for. The prices are fantastic. The produce is very fresh. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

Havent been here in a good while but they are still one of the best Shoprite locations. Clean and VERY neat(sorta OCD neat which I like). Always in and out (I use self checkout), never an issue. Fresh fruits, veggies and meats. As far as seafood, I usually get frozen which still turns out to be just as good as fresh.

SHOP RITE AS ALWAYS IS THE GREATEST.EMPLOYEES, KNOWLEDGEABLE ANDHELPFUL. LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS BOWLAND BASKET, ESPECIALLY THE PRETZEL RODS.

I was able to get in and out pretty fast. I usually find everything I need except Fancy Feast Classic. Those shelves are always pretty empty.

At the Self Check-out Station there was a very unhappy, depressed Employee. Otherwise, the store has a nice selection of items and is well stocked. It would be nice if all the Employees were happy about their job. I was there at 4:54pm on June 19, 2021.

I usually enjoy going here to buy my groceries but I will never again stop by. Just as I was entering the parking lot an employee who was pushing the carts came into view. I made sure that I gave him enough room to move his carts. I was going in because this store charged my card twice! Just when I was going to resolve one problem, another came at me. The employee all of a sudden pushed all of the carts onto my car and started yelling at me with malicious attitude. Told me that I shouldnt have entered and that I was in the middle of the road. Then he left. I entered the store and confronted the manager about this incident and he apologized. But he did not call the employee back in to apologize for his rude demeanor. This, by the way, happened at 07/07/2021 at 7:05 pm

I find that Shoprite had cheaper prices than the nearby grocery stores (Giant and Weis). Especially on produce. The store is always clean, and Ive always found the employees helpful and courteous. They also have plenty of self-checkout lines, so even if you go through the self-checkout, you can usually be out of there fairly quickly.

Nice big store. Clean and well stockked .Only 3 registers open on a late Saturday morning seemed odd.

Man this place is very un organized especially the front end registers.

Bakery-I ordered a special sheet cake vanilla and chocolate, with a special Basketball court design on it. They did an EXCELLENT job! Everyone at the party said the cake looked beautiful and was moist and delicious! My go to now for cakes. A+

Groscery shelves fully stocked and all varieties of yogurt were available.Ongoing problems with associates at Checkout lines. They DO NOT put in the correct code for fruit, vegetables.Every week I have to go to Customer service to correct the codes.

Shop Rite has always been my favorite grocery store in the area. They always have the best deals.

I was shopping at this Shoprite located in East Norriston. I bought a pack of pork skin and ONE red onion and paid at this cashier at #3. When he was weighing the onion I noticed he put the pork skin at the edge of the scale. I did not point it out but I checked my receipt after the payment. Then I found out that this onion was weighed 1.52lb and charged 2.72dollar. I must have picked one giant onion and have not been aware of it😡 What I bought is only these two stuff and there was no one in the line before me. I do not want to judge but I will definitely check every item on the receipt before I leave this shoprite.

The store has a good selection and is clean and organized. My only complaint is that they need to get better shopping carts.

Always a terrible experience. Customer service is non existent. Everyone is rude. Cashiers are more interested in doing anything else but checking out the order. It takes A LOT A for me to write a bad review but it is a terrible experience every single time.

Pleasantly surprised since the last time I visited. This shop rite has enhanced for the good their produce section. They have a large selection of ethnic foods and spices which is very accommodating. I will be visiting more often

Store is dirty.. the deli was disgusting. Meats were looking old and the area was filthy.

This is my go to grocery store. Most of the times it has everything that we need. We usually get our meats, eggs and popsicles here. I don’t know if the pandemic has effected shipment or we are just not going on days things are not stocked but we have to visit another stores to get everything we need.

It was a quick visit to pick up a few things for Mothers Day Dinner.

A great store with excellent customer service - even when using self- checkouts. Highly recommended.

Love shopping here. One of the better super markets out there. They have everything you could ever want. They also have a great meat selection. If you are having trouble finding something else where, try Shop Rite. They probably carry it.

Huge selection of Hispanic grocery items! Which for me is very important. Also great prices. Only problem is usually busy. But they do a great job taking care of customers in a timely manner!

Good prices and lots to choose from. Not very many registers are open and the self checkout devices are half broken. Everyone is really friendly there :D

Not busy. Clean store. Out of sale items either do to not restocking or no stock. Check out was quick and quite honestly one of the most impressive Shoprite stores in the area.

I just want to thank the employees of this store and let them know how much I appreciate them during this Covid stuff. Im always kind, respectful and patient no matter what, as I know a lot of people arent. Especially at the wine and beer department...where I usually am. And I love the roasted chicken.

I am beyond upset. No one is cleaning carts or monitoring the door. I should have turned around there. Employees and customers had masks under their nose. One customer approached me and another woman in line.. within 2 feet of me and asked to cut in line .. he only had eggs. He was within two feet of me and I was about to ask him to step back when I realized he wasn’t wearing a mask. AT ALL. He walked through the entire store to get eggs with no mask on and no one stopped him. This place doesn’t care about its customers or workers. I will never go back here and they will be reported.

I would have always rated your store a 5 but today I was in your store and saw a man in line to check out take his mask off. I also saw one of your workers with his mask below his noseWe are in a serious pandemic.I think you should have an employee checking to make sure everyone is wearing a mask properly. It could save someones life.

The heat and humidity of our beloved Philadelphia lately has kicked my a— . Anyway it wasn’t till I had removed my boots, cooled in the air and had eaten dinner my eyes closed not for long a woke in a panic. You see I had promised my granddaughter that pop would make her some Italian wedding soup I had forgot to stop and get ingredients. I flew to the shoprite to be greeted with a smile and a manager locking up. I returned the smile and before I got all my story out he shuffled me in and kept this pop the worlds greatest again. This place is becoming worst as time goes..Today I went there and such as basic item as parakeet food was not available. Nothing on stock. It was early in the morning, what a poor service level!The place is also not too clean. The beer and wine are overpriced (comparing to Whole Foods all beer and wine at Shoprite are more expensive).Their workers seat in front of the store smoking and observing the visitors coming and leaving. Not welcoming.On the positive side, some cashiers are very nice and the customer service people there is also nice.

First time visit and the staff was fantastic. All staff was very helpful, helping me find 7 different items for my new green bean recipe 😀

Review Saturday January 30th 2021:Its one of the only places around to carry lantana hummus. Its all majorly overpriced at $5 for a small container, but I guess supply & demand. Hummus was literally the only thing I came for and a majority of the flavors were already expired. Ew. Thanks anyway shop rite. More like shop wrong...

Neat and well stocked supermarket. My only minor complaint is for such a large supermarket, not a large selection in fresh bakery. Nice wine and beer selection. Great market though.

Can Crazy is a great deal on good soup, more than half price if you buy 10. You can find other deals without needing to buy as much all over the store.

I guess its an ok store for the neighborhood it serves, and if you dont want to drive too far to get better prices. Its good that they have beer and wine but the selection is lacking. Also, the store could benefit from some renovation.

This shop rite is onevof my moms favorite stores. Very friendly & helpful staff & cashiers. My mom who is 92 yrs old loves to shop here.

One of the best locations Ive been to shop!!! Fully stocked, fast checkout service, and pleasant associates.

The store was fine. No issues. My issues are with ShopRite, their sales and digital coupons. The ShopRite company makes it extremely difficult to shop there. I need to sit out in my car go through all the digital coupons and load them on my phone. Then half the time the coupons arent right. For instance they had Haagen-Dazs on sale, but only had about eight flavors of coupons, but when you go in the store, theres about 25 flavors on sale. I like a lot of shoprites products and sales, but theyre really pushing me to the point of not wanting to go to ShopRite anymore.

I love this market. Sad they no longer have some of the items that I used to get there. But overall a great store

Im always annoyed to not find a common item at a store I dont usually shop at. No Kefir yogurt drink sold here. Walmart, Giant, and Acme have had it for about 6 years but not ShopRite. I wont waste my time again here.

I have been shopping here for many years. They have a good selection, I strongly enjoy their seafood section. However, I have recently caught on to out-dated meats that I have purchased. Also, not much fresh, organic produce, which personally removes my interest.

They have what I want and when I want it they also have sales of a lot of different items and the food is fresh and I love it there its a very nice clean place.

I dont shop at this store regularly, on the occasions I have, theyve been for the most part positive. I did stop in there last Saturday because I was in the area to pick up a few items. The store announced those with less than 10 items or so could check out at the beer and wine area. I waited in line and was greeted by a not very pleasant woman who did not seem interested in helping out when the store was very busy. She proceeded to check me out, filling the bag(s) up behind the counter and asked if I wanted all the items in one bag. I replied that would be fine . Needless to say, I left with one bag. Upon getting home 8-9 miles away, I realized some items were missing and immediately reached out to the store to express my dissatisfaction. I told the associate on the phone that I could stop down the next day to pick up the missing items, but would expect to be credited back the for the amount I paid (about $14 - $15). Upon getting to the store I was told by a manager that I could get 5 brown bucks, when I said I expected to be credited back the amount of the missing items because it was not convenient for me to come back (about an hour of my time etc.) They acted it like it was entirely my fault and credited me $5 back on my credit card. I couldnt believe, when the store made a mistake, they were not willing to appease me. I dont believe my request was unreasonable. I wouldve been almost better off, just going to my local Redners to replace the items at eat the loss. Needless to say, I wont be shopping at ShopRite again.

My experience at ShopRite for the main part is great having to due mostly for me with a very pleasant employee whose name is Brandon. When I have trouble finding anything hes always able to show me pleasantly and with a smile.

Always great customer service, even with the pandemic going on their shelves are pretty well stocked, and when they are not the associates always seem to know when its coming in. Keep up the great work!!

The store is clean and was well stocked despite being Sunday night before Thanksgiving. I went for their sweet Italian sausage (their store brand is the best) but also picked up items my local Acme was out of. Even grabbed a gift card I couldnt find at a CVS.

Just a typical low class shoprite in norristown. Nothing to write home about, could be worse, bit definitely has infinite room for improvement

Staff is awesome for the most part, most items are always in stock. Absolutely need another line or two open for check out!!!! Also if you know a major sale is coming you should add extra stock to avoid rain checks.

Just a regular shopping visit, nothing special happen.
