Wow! I am SO thoroughly impressed with Alpha Omega Body Shop.I misjudged the frame of my garage door while baking up and scraped and put a small dent in the love of my life - my 2020 MINI Cooper. I was heartbroken and went to see John at Alpha Omega. He gave me an estimate of $1200 to do the job right OR he could cosmetically make it look good, and if I wasnt pleased, hed move on to do the full job. When I went back to inspect the job they did I was SO happy. Although theres still a tiny dent, I can live with it and the rest of the damage was GONE. So I was happy, John was happy, now all that was left was to pay for the repair. Thats when John said he wasnt charging me. What? I mean WHAT? He told me it wasnt a big job and he was just happy that I was happy. During a time where Id just about lost all faith in humanity, in a split second it was restored. I literally cried all the way home. Thank you SO much John. In the event that I ever need body work again, I will definitely be knocking at your door and will highly recommend you to everyone I know.

Kenny and his crew were great to us. He handled everything regarding the insurance claim, and fought to get us full compensation for the damage. Alpha Omega is an exceptional auto body shop. After a large tree branch fell on both of our cars, John and Ken coordinated seamlessly with our insurance company and handled everything. The repair work was outstanding and the service exceptional. What was most important to us was the courtesy, kindness, and interest demonstrated by both John and Ken.

This business is TOP notch! Really! Alpha is two doors down from my business. It is merely a coincidence when a business is close but also the best in what they do. I walked in and announced myself and was immediately greeted by JOHN. (No joke, John could be one of the nicest guys I have ever met in my life!) Dealing with the public on a daily basis, I am accustomed to serving at the pleasure of the customer and conducting myself at the highest level to earn consumer satisfaction. Seldom do I see what this experience is like from a customers point of view. I can see now what it feels like when a business owner is going out of his way to smoothly process the customer request, has a solid command of his subject matter expertise, and is well informed of processes. John not only dealt with the company responsible to pay for the repairs to my wifes truck, he arranged my rent-a-car, and even buffed out scratches and minor imperfections that were not even discussed. Great place to bring your car! I was able to drop my car off at night and they called me and made sure what they were doing was what I wanted. They are very honest people and Ill be bring my car there if anything were to happen to me again. I highly recommend this place

These guys are the best. They went way above and beyond to save me a ton of money, time and effort and Ken just had such a great attitude. He even helped put my crazy windshield wipers on!

This body shop is amazing. The quotes are fair. The workmanship is absolutely fantastic. I am unable to see where the original damage was. The car was returned detailed at the time arranged. Use this body shop, you will not be sorry.

My car was repaired by Alpha Omega 10 years ago. For the past 4 or 5 years I have noticed that the paint job was deteriorating. I love the car and keep driving it but the rough finish had me a bit down. I recently approached John at Alpha Omega, I asked him if they guarantee their work. He said they did. I showed him my car. He looked up the records. The work had been done by Alpha Omegas previous owner.John informed me that around that time they had some problems with the finish coat. Remarkably John and his team recently re-repaired my 2007 vehicle without question or cost. They did an amazing job.It is rare too find that type of care and commitment to customers and workmanship. John and Alpha Omega, I cannot thank you enough. You guys are amazing.

I went to alpha omega because I heard of their excellent reputation I had an accident at 4:00 a.m. Sunday morning and called alpha omega and John the owner handled everything for me from towing my car, to the insurance, to the rent a car. He kept me updated on the progress of my car as well as keeping my insurance company updated. When the job was Done I was very happy with everything. I highly recommend Alpha Omega. They definitely lived up to their excellent reputation.

I called because I had a hanging fender. I tried to fix it myself but could not. I also needed a paint touch up. They did that too! They did what they said they would do, and more! Not only was my car ready when they said it would be, but they washed and vacuumed it!

With four cars in our household and two kids driving unfortunately i have used Alpha Omega body shop i little more than i would have liked. John and the staff are the best i have ever dealt with. They explain everything in detail, they do what they tell you and there are very professional. The work always comes out exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

Had the wifes car done there, the guy you deal with not sure of his name, not from here, tries to put one over in me. He puts the car in a strange place so I wouldnt notice the miss match of color. I see it and he was hoping he could sneak it past me, not today buddy. Cant fool a car show judge! So he has to repaint the whole area and then it was good, dont expect the job to hold up for a long time as the hood clear coat pealed. They will try to get away with what they can

Good place for automobile work

These guys were super nice and got my car in and out very quickly. I needed the bumper replaced and the impact bar reshaped. I also have back up sensors which needed to be tested and fitted into the new bumper. They got me in very quickly for the estimate (and gave me a push when I got stuck in the snow in their driveway haha). Once the parts came in, I dropped the car off on a Monday morning and they had it ready for pick up Tuesday afternoon. The work looks good, the color match seems spot on, AND they got my car washed and had the interior vacuumed out! I am always afraid of being taken advantage of in situations where you must rely on others to do good work. These guys helped restore a little of my faith in others. I have no hesitation in recommending Alpha Omega

Very nice but I feel that they took advantage of me and ripped me off.

The experience I had at Alpha Omega was beyond disappointing. I was talking with John the damages that happened to my car, and he took pictures of the issue, and he told me he would take care of having the insurance come and look at my car. He did not tell my insurance about all of the damages which delayed me having my car. John called me on 3 different occasions stating my car was ready when it was not. The service done on my car was getting my back bumper re-painted and my front bumper getting replaced and getting painted to match the coloring of my car. When I got the second call about picking up my car, I arrived to see that my car was not ready and that the bumper was not popped in place and my back bumper was not painted, and the front of my bumper color didnt match. After waiting another week to get my car, I picked it up to have the color NOT match, and John turned to me stating it was my issue for not telling him about the damages when I specifically walked around the car with him and pointed out each damage that occurred from an accident I was in. Not only was the work done in my car expensive, but it was not properly done, and my car smelled like paint for about 3 weeks after picking it up. I would NOT recommend taking a vehicle there for its poor quality work and disrespectful employees.

Fantastic. The guys are as cordial as can be. The work (dents and paint scratches on 2 doors due to being backed into) was prompt and well done. They even touched up a few nicks/scratches on the driver-side door at no extra charge! Highly recommend.

Straight forward experience. Fixed my car after another body shop screwed it up. Great people working there. A truly professional outfit.

Great staff and reasonable price..

I took my car here for an estimate, we agreed on a price and made plans for the repair. I went to drop my car off this morning and they told me the price went UP by $200. I told them this was unacceptable we already had a deal. They said too bad. I took my car to Sunken Meadow Auto Collision for the repair.
