I bought my car here in march. I have had no issues with it so far. Shane is always willing to answer any questions I have about my car. He always does the maintenance things quickly and right the first time. I will keep using them for anything my car needs.

Their inventory is disproportionately populated with Jeeps, Chevy/GMC vans, and small trucks such as Ford Rangers and GMC Canyons. If you want/need one of those vehicles, youre in the right place, but everything else is slim pickings.All of their ads are copied and pasted except for the make, model and mileage and they leave them up even after the vehicle has been sold. What saves them from 1 star is the fact that the owner is actually a very nice person.

I just want to say i had a great buying experience at Northport Motors! I purchased a 2010 jeep liberty and it was a smooth transaction. Shane was up front with no B.S. and no hidden fees you get with when shopping for a used car. I asked him if i could have my mechanic check out the car and he had no problem at all. Amazing place! Eric was the mechanic working on our companys engines for service and maintenance. He took care of each of the engines, found issues from prior mechanics working on them, and actually fixed them correctly. I wont be taking my personal vehicle or our companys anywhere else now. If I could give these people zero stars I would!!! I give a deposit for a truck which I was suppose to go see the following week and then get a call that the truck was sold. So I said : I’m getting my deposit back, guy tells me No because it’s been over 48 hrs. Which he never mentioned to me!! Horrible customer service and I would NEVER recommend them!

Was having some electrical issues with my truck, doors not unlocking, windows would stop halfway up or down and one of my power outlets kept blowing a fuse. I went to Shane to buy my first car and he was very nice and gave me multiple options when buying from him and he did not pressure me into buying a car. Whenever the car needed any maintenance he responded very timely and had the car fixed within a few days and has very fair prices.

Decided to go local. Hard to find a dealer with 4+ stars which is why I went here. Took the car for a test ride and left a deposit. A few hours later I realized I would not be able to finance the car while refinancing my mortgage. I went back and apologized and got my deposit back no hassle. Typical Sleezy used car dealership, unbelievably unprofessional. Ad says “ice cold ac no warning lights no surprises! Perfect mechanical condition!” Until you get there and there are dashboard lights on, Ac is hot, belts squealing and in completely different condition than stated. BUYER BEWARE
