Beacon Computers has exceeded my expectations. My first encounter with them was for my sons gaming computer - blue screen of death -- they fixed it and were able to save all his files. Next, was a external hard drive that was locked up and wouldnt load. Tons of old pics. They were able to transfer everything to a new external and I didnt lose a thing. Prices are extremely FAIR! Their PROFESSIONALISM is unmatched.

We recently brought in a Western Digital hard drive which was part of the recent data loss breach experienced by thousands of WD customers nationwide. WD was doing nothing to help for over 8 weeks so we took a shot going locally to try to recover our data and Chris at Beacon was phenomenal! He was able to recover thousands of photos, documents and precious memories that we feared we lost at a reasonable price and did it within 2 days. I couldnt be happier with the computer repair service at Beacon. They guided me to purchase a second hand computer for parts and was able to repair my obsolete 2006 computer, which I need to run an engraving machine for my business. I spilled a full cup of coffee on my computer. Would highly recommend. I have my own business and my computers are on 24/7 so when one goes down. it can be extremely stressful. I am more relaxed now because anytime i have had trouble, not only did they resolve my issues and repair but i was not without my machine for more than 24 hours, in some cases i had my machine back the same day, which has made many of my gray hairs retreat. Again, would highly, gladly recommend Beacon computers. They are my go to techs.

We had the most wonderful experience with Beacon!! I was so impressed the constant communication and more important, the honor and integrity. They took the time to pull apart my sons laptop when he cracked the screen and provided me an estimate based on what was actually needed, which was not the case with others we spoke too. The work took a lot longer than expected and the owner Cris didnt ask us for any additional labor for all the extra time it took. That is unheard of in todays climate!! I would recommend and use Beacon again in a heartbeat!!

The best around! They completely fixed my Macbook Pro. Apple quoted me between 700-2400$ JUST FOR THE DATA RECOVERY... But these guys not only got all the data back, but also replaced my hard drive with a bigger and better one FOR A FRACTION OF WHAT APPLE WANTED. Theyre worth every cent. Very easy to work with. I went to Beacon with a cracked screen on my laptop. Chris looked at it and he informed me that if he needed to bring the computer in the back for further assessment the cost would be $25. That $25 would go toward the repair if I chose to go through with the repair. Chris brought my computer to the back and returned with a quote. Now I didnt chose to repair my computer but I felt obligated to compensate Chris for his time and we did have a verbal contract. Chris would not accept payment. . If someone running a business is this honest when a repair is declined imagine is honesty when he does. I think this example speaks very highly to Chris integrity.

Beacon Computers has been servicing my CPA firm for the last 5 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and the service is second to none. I am a computer geek myself and they are on top of all of the latest fixes and technologies.
