I have been a loyal customer of Patrices for many years. Act II is my go to place before shopping at a mall because she takes the stress out of trying to find something to wear and makes the experience fun. Patrice is expert at putting an outfit together. She has the best selection of designer handbags, awesome jewelry, shoes, and gently used and new designer clothes. I highly recommend Act II.

I absolutely LOVE this boutique! Patrice continually offers beautiful clothes and gives honest advice when making choices. I will continue to shop in her store. Before heading out to the mall you should stop in and see what new gems are hidden on the racks. Thank you Patrice for making me smile.

I was in the area and stumbled on this Consignment shop. I stopped in and found 4 pair of Jeans that I wanted to try on before purchasing. I was told that there was no trying on from the $5 rack. Who does that? I dont make purchases of clothing without trying them on first. So i took my $20. Walked out the door. Went to my favorite Thrift store that supports sending underprivileged girls to camp. They always have my support.

The owner had another obligation this morning and was unable to open at the time specified however was so sweet and offered a discount for the inconvenience I will defianately be going back. Nice to know that some business owners really care about their customers

My husband walked in and made a joke about two Kate Spade bags. The owner was very rude and told my husband the bags smelled. He felt very insulted and did not like the way he was spoken to. Very unprofessional and not a pleasant experience.

Women was extremely rude. Don’t know how she stays in buisness.

Went in to inquire about selling clothes and instead of being greeted and told that clothes were only received by appointment, the woman at the desk just gaped at us and audibly scoffed before rudely telling us that she was far too busy to take any clothes today.
