Placed an online print order for a custom document. The order was ready by the estimated time, and the staff ensured I had the opportunity to check for any misprints. There was an error with one of my documents, so they reprinted it correctly at no extra cost! They also have supplies that customers can freely use, such as a straightedge paper cutter. The staff here were patient and helpful!

AwfulRude, not helpful. Obviously FedEx didnt want the $200 I ended up giving to UPS.Worst Ive ever seen.

The worst, the lady with the black hair and glasses. She was so rude and was taking so long with the first customer. I came from far away for her to tell me that I had to call the customer service line. She repeatedly said call 1800 FedEx twice and would not help. I guess people dont like to work at all. All this other guy was just standing talking to another person instead of helping the customers.

Horrible customer service. Manager was so rude and not helpful. Quoted me a price over 400 for prints. Went down the street to staples they did it for 200. Totally outrageous prices and rude staff.

Fed Ex gets your package where it needs to be in the time frsme they tell you for the price they quote. I use them regularly.Cheers

Had to have a package routed here as it required signature. Kareem helped me out greeted me with a big smile. OUTSTANDING customer service and EXTREMELY friendly. I was very impressed with Kareem truly an asset to the company!!

Rude staff and unhelpful

Clerk may be inexperienced, correct me if I’m wrong... felt like he didn’t want to work there, seemed miserable and it reflected on his customer performance ability. I paid $30+ to have literally the same exact thing shipped that my friend had shipped at the rt 110 fedex and they paid less than $14. I specifically asked for the cheapest and he had a little attitude in his response stating “this is the cheapest.” It may be due to how he’s trained, how management is treating him or it’s just him personally. I don’t know. Either way I don’t feel like getting ripped off again and will go to the 110 store from now on

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Northport and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will definitely be going back.

This is a place I would never go back to and will not recommend.. I needed to print a very important document I didnt understand the machine and the guy and girl didnt want to help me at ALL I had to leave and go to staples
