I enjoy going to Forman Mills especially, grabbing things at a good price. The only thing is there never enough workers in there its like 1-2 people in the place working, well at the register.

The majority of what I purchased were some really nice tops to wear with my leggings. I would love to be able to find pants that are long enough for my long legs. I am 5 ft 9 and Its very rare that I find pants or jeans with a 32in inseam or longer anywhere I shop. Can you guys really try to help a sista out.😊

I am very satisfied with the merchandise in the store. The prices are very reasonable. The staff were very nice. I will be back when I have more time to shop. I wish you had a store close too me. I am in Ocean County. My son is 28 now but my godmother purchased his 1st pair of Sketchers sneakers here at this store when he was a toddler. So whenever I get too East Orange again I will be back. Good store, plenty of parking, right next to a bus stop. You can come here with $50 and walk out with bags of clothes. Great location, right across from Shoprite and next to Brick church train station.One note is that they usually have only one cashier and floor tiles have seen better days....

I went early; the store was clean and workers were nice. I saw the dressing room attending wiping down the doors and knobs which was great! The check out line was extremely long, but the cashiers were pleasant.

Found what I was looking for, was disappointed about some of the sweat pants I liked they were slim fit only.

Poor customer service there was 5 registers open and only 1 doing cash the other 4 was doing debit or credit only the line was long and cash only had to wait longer no manager was up front to address this problem this was my first and last time to shop this store I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone

The store was to hot I could not shop as much as I wanted to. I cant take it when 2 managers were having words. They can do better.

Awesome products but the customer service leaves much to be desired. A product was on sale thus I decided to buy 50 pieces of it. The cashiers made me feel so bad as though buying a lot of it is a crime! One cashier retorted; You must need about 5 million pieces of this product

Everything was fair with the store. Some items were on the floor but eventually got placed back on hangers for sale. I know this cause I notice some items I purchased had smudge and dirt spots. It didnt stop with that experience, the rude short cashier had the poorest attitude. She shouted at me when I was trying to load all the items I purchased which was almost $200. Saying that Im overloading the counter space. I thought she was allowing to place them there to complete my check out. But when I asked her to tell me why shes being rude cause she could have told me to stop while she needed more space on the counter. But I guess thats how the customer service is allowed there. I will not return, its shameful since Im a city official.

Place needs serious cleaning and the customer service was horrible! From the lady at the dressing room area to the cashier. It’s a shame because the clothes selection is great but the employees make you not wanna go.

I love going to this store for clothing for my children and grandchildren. Oh yes, I’m a grandmother of four beautiful grandchildren. When you still have a teenager and young adult still at home shopping never stop. I’m not what you call a label h*e. I buy quality clothing at and affordable prices. Which sometimes just happens to be designer. This place has a variety of choices in clothing. They have now branched into household goods and plenty of other merchandise. I go here mainly for clothing of every type and size. As well as shoes of various types. This store is for the budget conscience person. You can’t go wrong with jeans going from $7.99 to $60 sales prices. I recently purchased 12 plaid shirts at 3 for $10. Of course with that type of sale. I loaded up on shirts for my son. They have jogging pants 2 for $10. Jeans and Jeans jackets for $10 each and up. When you have children and grandchildren. You know that they’ll fit their clothing for a few months and bang they no longer fit. They are still growing and you can’t afford to spend $70 on one pair of jeans. Here you can take that same $70 dollars and buy quite a lot of clothes. Underclothes, socks and stockings. Night clothes as well. If you need a suit for any occasion they have them here for men. Dress shirts, ties and bow ties. Women clothing department at this site isn’t as large as the men. Their other location is much larger. However It’s still worth having a good look at what they do have. For my grandchildren it’s a great place to shop. Trust me you’re not leaving this place empty handed. It’s wheelchair accessible and they do sale a bit of snack food here. If your hungry Wendy is right next door. Plus Shop Rite is just across the street. They have and ATM machine available. They accept cash,credit and debit cards. You can no longer try on clothes at the store because of Covid-19. However they do have a great return policy. they enforce mask wearing and social distance at all of their stores. This store is very clean and the environment is very friendly.

Got too the store at 8:00 and the guy at the door wouldnt let me in and I told him that online said that they close at 8:30 the store is always a mess that customer service skills the worst location Id rather go to East Orange but this one is closer to my house. Need too clean up store and get new staff. 😡😡😡

This visit the customer service was great but its not always like that. The cashier actually spoke to me when I approached the counter, usually the person just starts ring up my items and gives me my total half the time not making eye contact. I feel the that sales floor is too jammed packed and you have to turn to the side sometimes to move between the clothing racks. It should enough room for a normal size a little chubby person to fit between. Otherwise the store is well organized and alot cleaner then it used to be.

It wasnt crowed I found what I was looking for. The only downside it was only 2 registers opened. I WAS A LITTLE BIT OF A LINE BUT When it was time for me to check out the cashier greeted me and was cordial

Best family clothing store in the world in my humble opinion. They have all sizes from infant to full figured folk. Everyone can get something. And the accessories!!!!!!!! Toys, headphones, pocketbooks, drapes, paintings. They always surprise me. I am a loyal customer now for 30years. And my oldest child who is 30 saw a t-shirt that I picked up and she had to have it. And now Im shopping for my 1st grandchild this past Sunday. Im loving her new sneakers!!!!!!!! You guys are the best in prices and what you have readily available for a large family!!!!! Bravo!!!!

Merchandise is properly displayed so you can see what you want just as you enter the store. Social distancing is not enforced. It is a problem as in other stores. There is a need for constant announcement both in English and Spanish on emphasis on social distancing in big stores. Young people boys and girls dont seem to care. Thanks.

Good place for clothes still but choices are lacking since its inception. What happened to the days of quality and better choices. Lied too by the CEO of undercover boss the changes it would bring. Still waiting. The changes of faster lines and better offers for employees to bring on a better atmosphere.

They need to have more cashiers. Everytime i go longs to pay are so long.

I went there the other day and the store have a large variety of stuff to buy, but they need to hire more people because there were only 2 people at the check out line and there had to be about 25 people in the line. The line was near the back of the store, you would think they would have opened up more registers with the line being that long but they didnt. I dont know if I will be going back there because Im disabled and can not be standing in a line for that long.
