Sadly, Ive had to use Fix Auto twice thanks to a minor fender bender and door swipe. Both times their work was flawless and on time. The staff are delightful and the entire experience pleasant. Theyve coordinate with Enterprise & Hertz for pickup at the shop, and you can just leave the rental car at Fix Auto when you pick up your car. Id give 10* if I could.

I give them very high marks. Great work, fair price, very easy to work with, and excellent communications. After I filed the claim, they handled all communications with the insurance company, and work was done when promised. This is the right way to do business. Ive already recommended them to a friend, and wont hesitate to recommend them again.

They were great for the estimate but when I actually dropped my car off they called the wrong rental company. I asked how long the work would take they 1-11/2 weeks and they would update me. They didn’t and 4 days later called me to pick my up by 3pm on a Friday that was the latest time .Get home and noticed the lock switch in side my car was broken. They had repaired by side mirror which is also electric. Had to bring car back for them fix what they broke… time off from work. Will not recommend or ever use again.

This shop is a gem. I am so grateful to have them 11 minutes away from me as for some reason I run into a lot of cars so I need a good amount of bodywork done almost every week. Wow so fast! They finished a day ahead of what they told me. There was a mix-up with the insurance quote versus the shop quote. They handled it very professionally by answering all my questions in a timely manner. Really glad I came here and would highly recommend. My car looks like it was never hit.

The repair job they quoted was comprehensive but not excessive. My 2018 Ford F350 King Ranch had the Bed damaged on the left side by the fender.Since its an Aluminum body, Most body shops turned me away.Fix Auto Palo Alto is also the former Cavalino Auto Body that is Specializing in Ferrari Cars.Now you know that Ferrari owners are probably some of the most Skeptical and Critical Car owners on the planet. So for them to have a successful and thriving business working on those cars, than my Ford is not going to be an issue and it will be fixed Top Notch. Being aluminum body when I heard that they are also Tesla Certified (Teslas being all aluminum) than they must have the knowledge and tools to work on my Aluminum truck.Well I have to tell you, When I got my truck back, that the results of the repair exceeded my expectations. There is no doubt in my mind I selected the correct shop to fix my trucks damage. The paint is a perfect match to the original, and also the paint is as smooth if not smoother than the factory finish. That is no easy feat. I have my car in the body shop right now. I dont believe they are 100 % straight with me. They say this and that but it seems to me they are not completely truthful. They said they were going to call me and never did and it doesnt add up. Ive taken my car here twice before with no issues but it seems they are not as good as they used to be. Customer service is poor.
