Its a hard story to find if you dont know where youre going.Im not familiar with the area so I went past it the first time and had to go circle back. they need to cut the trees back or something but they do have a flag hang out there but I couldnt see it because of the trees.but the people in there were very nice and they were able to help me right away no problem.

My experience at Metro in Redwood City was wasnt pleasant. I learned the promotion thats being advertised on the radio is doesnt apply in terms of the free tablet. If anyone is aware of a store that is actually honoring the free tablet promotion please let me know thank you.

Awesome fast service, friendly staff. I just joined Metro after being a Verizon customer for more than 15 years. Things have been tough lately so I couldnt pay my $600plus bill for 2 phones, so what did Verizon do? Suspend my line, which I need. So I went to metro and gave Verizon the bird. They also helped me keep my same number which was essential. Thanks Angel.
