My son and I enjoy walking around Pleasant Hill Antique Mall. We literally spent 6 hours here wandering around talking and reminiscing. It was a perfect day! Will be back again!!!
Quite a few booths and some new stuff too. Theyve reopened the second part with some new dealers as well. Some empty booths if youre wanting to set up, $220. a month.Over all a nice stop, we go through about once a month.
Out of town so dont give up! An old converted gymnasium. Good prices and variety.
Nice place bigger than it looks from out side people not the most helpful at first. Felt like they were watching me to much my me feel uncomfortable but we spent some time in shop people became nicer as we shopped little pricey still would go back
Fun antique spot alot of stuff, wish theyd hire someone beside old ladys though, very slow checkout process.
The wife and I have been coming here for over 20 years and we always find a boat load of things we collect. The building is an old school with a gymnasium. It’s pretty cool to shop around and look on the floor where the kids used to play Basketball as the stripes are still there. There are tons of booths and cases with checkout counters at each end of the building.Recently, one of the owners passed away (our condolences to Betty). The Antique Mall has been up for sale for a few years so I hope the business stays the same as it may be sold shortly.
Been shopping there 30 years nice place to find what youre looking for antique wise
Take your big wallet. Very cashy.
Large variety of dealers n merchandise. Very friendly staff.
Sort of rude. No fewer than three different employees reminded me the store was closing in an HOUR within the first few minutes. Even my two teenagers noticed that we were being rushed with 60 minutes left to go. Asked where I could set an item I was purchasing at an area with desks and calculators. A lady who was NOT wearing a mask looked down her nose at me and said “at the front desk, sir.” The “sir” was not meant to be polite. She then reminded me again the store was closing at 5. I am sorry that COVID has made the antique mall business harder than usual, but don’t treat customers poorly. I spent $8 and left early. Don’t need your attitude, I’ve got plenty of $$$ to spend online.
Be ready to spend a good two or three hours rummaging through this place huge facility lots of vendors whats to select from if you cant find the antique youre looking for here I would be real surprised
This antique mall has been here for years in a renovated school building. Two huge rooms with lots of booths. Been in a bit of decline over the years but worth a visit and prices much better than malls closer to Chicago. Has a mix of everything.
This hidden gem is well worth the 3 or 4 mile drive from I-74! Place is much larger than it looks from the outside. Super friendly staff.
Great place to spend a couple of hours. Wonderful collection of antiques and collectibles.
Wide variety of items, huge store, something for everyone. Most items are over priced, things you can find at almost every garage sale for free being sold for 20+ dollars. Rude staff rolled their eyes and audibly sighed when my 10 month old baby cried for just a few seconds. We were over charged for an item, just a small plush toy for my daughter. I pointed out the mistake and they asked for payment, not a large enough differenceto make a fuss, but it is the principle that you honor your prices listed. Smells dirty and dusty, the store badly needs cleaned. Staff are sitting around so Im unsure why they do not require such minimal work from their employees. Will not be returning. It is clear to see why they are going out of business.
Nicely organized but very pricey.
Great place and great people my son loves going there to see what he can find.
The best antique mall in the area
This is the largest antique store i have ever seen. It is all one floor, so no stairs to climb. They have about 200 vendors, selling a wide variety of good quality items. They had a lot of really nice condition antique furniture, more than most stores have. Prices are reasonable. They have restrooms also. Definitely worth a visit!
Great store. Luv to antique shop.
A wonderful shopping experience for young and old. My 7 year old Grandson loves to shop here
Love shopping here all the great treasures that you might find, need almost 2 days to shop this place, to find the great bargains, miss the restaurant they had great food and would give you a break while shopping. I LOVED THIS PLACE.
Like visiting this business. Always a variety of selections and reasonable prices. Very big mall with lots to bring back those lovely memories.
Very friendly people. Big selection of stuff.
One of the only antique mall style places in the Peoria area. Three interconnected buildings with a good mixture of locked cases and open area spaces. As with many antique malls, youll waste some time looking through things that are so far overpriced youd never entertain the idea of buying them. I go mainly for coins, and they dont have that many. Saw a $.25 to $.50 value coin from 35 years ago priced at $900, so that gives you an idea on the types of markups to expect at times. A little warm in there on a hot day, and maybe understaffed. Overall its worth a couple hours of my time a few times a year
Lots of stuff, but nothing exceptional. Prices are higher, very few bargains. Huge mall.
Pretty common for city antiques. Over priced and prices outdated.
This place is as some if u cant find what the looking for in there then u dont need it. Its a pretty good size place so make sure u have 3 to 4 hours to look around cause its loaded with antiques. Take care
IT IS BORING
Too much of the furniture is unbelievably overpriced. Just because something is old and antique does not mean it is priceless. I guess sellers would rather waste money paying booth rental and having items sit for months than price items to sell. A lot of items are in locked glass display cases, which I understand, but at the same time it makes shopping a pain. Its a very large place and if I had to fetch an employee every time I wanted to see something that was behind glass, I would be there all day. I think the place could stand to be cleaned and reorganized.
Nice people working there, lots of stuff to see. There is a little bit of garage sale junk, like used pocketknives and used tableware. Still, the neat, rare and quirky items are worth the visit.
Truly massive selection. Wide variety of very unique antiques
Great mall!
I havent been there for many years. My teenage daughter and a friend went there recently and were asked to leave and never come back after the owners called the police. Not 100% exactly what happened but my honors student has never been in trouble before. Her friend is somewhat mentally handicapped so maybe the owners dont understand customers with disability issues. Sounds like from the other reviews there may be some business issues going on too. The owners appear to not like young people or people with disabilities. I definitely will not go there.
!Awesome! Nice place to shop! A little bit of everything
I like walking through the store. Brings back lots of memories. Usually can find something I want or need. Prices are are generally fair.
Love this place!! I’m a doll collector but I always seem to find even more than just dolls and buy an armful!
Absolutely will return. So much to see and so much I havent seen before.
Love this place!! Lots and lots of booths! Great antiques.
Incredible amount of antiques in one of my favorite settings ... An old school gym!!!!
Me and my labor sister went there a beautiful place to go to find whatever you need.
I love this place. It has some amazing finds and I always have fun looking through the place.
Having just experienced a death in the family, my wife and I had worked very hard in preparing the deceaseds house to sell the antiques. We contacted Pleasant Hill and made an appointment for them to come out and view and possibly purchase these antiques. They canceled 45 minutes prior to the appointment stating business was bad. They didnt know business was bad when the appointment was made. Very disappointing !!
There is an interesting mix of eras and items represented. Individual booths are priced by the renters so that varies based on what they think they can get. I do miss the restaurant, wish they still had it.
This place is huge. Really cool collections, and Its fun even if you are just browsing.
We never had any problems here. always stop on our way through. Found some nice items!
One of my favorites. We have found some great things over the years.
Unbelievable:=)

I love everything about this place, every time I go theres a million new things to look at. They have millitaria(including old firearmas, tobaciana, automobilia, vintage desks, cabinets, bookshelves, tables, bicycles, clothes and everything in between. If youre into antiques for great prices this is the place to go.

Been 3 times now, have never left empty handed! But just as Burgess Meredith said, there is never enough time!
EXTREMELY pleasant and on a hill
The premier antique store in Central Illinois in my opinion.
Years of visits building a collection. Go ahead and take a day to visit.
Always enjoy this stop.
Good stuff but kinda old
Always find treasures.
Prices are high but plenty to look at. Be prepared to stay 2 or 3 hours.
There is a lot of space to explore and a pretty big selection too.
