Poor shopping experience with little help from employees. Just wanted transmission fluid and was told in the back with no assistance on product selection as Im most auto parts stores. I will not ever return

I love the staff and I mean that love them they help with my kids while I’m shopping for parts they’re just a little bit overpriced

Chance was great help, he tested the alternator output and then the battery. The battery tested bad, so he installed a new one. Great customer service!

I just left. Reasons for 1 star1.) Extremely rude older man2.) My boyfriend called prior because he is at work and they said they could hold a headlight for him so that I could pick it up. I went to pick it up was spoken to rudely and told they didnt even have the headlight we neededSo at some point I/ we were lied to.

Called ahead to verify the part was there, they were very courteous and helpful on the phone. At the store it was the same, very helpful and courteous. I will go back for future parts!

I purchased a motorcycle battery. After installing it, my bike wouldnt start. I checked the battery and found it was dead. I exchanged it for a new battery. I opened the box at home and found the caps covering the conductors were missing. The bottom of the battery was dirty. The conductors were scratched and worn like it had been installed/uninstalled several times. The screws and instructions were missing. The battery also didnt have a full charge.

Didnt have exactly what I was looking for. One of the service representatives had rather profain language consistently while I was shopping. They were knowledgeable of the area and assisted me in making sure I could find the product they didnt carry.

Very friendly. Put my battery in my car without complaining. It was cold and snowing, not a pleasant night to be outside.

The most insulting and inept staff I ever encountered. This staff not only likes to talk about the social status of the clientele they use profanity to off set ignorance. I dealt with an employee who couldnt even type in a phone number correctly then dropped the F bomb as I was leaving the store. WELL Hero, dont blame others for your short comings..Wont be back at this store for obvious reasons..

Stopped in ordered some parts for my vehicle and asked that they be delivered, the clerk was very helpful.

Employees are this businesss key to success even know the management probably doesnt see it. Thats the only reason I went to this location...Prices are average, products are average...The people are great.

They got a decent selection for whatever you may need for your car and if they dont have it in store they can order it for you.

A place get parts for car, motor cycle, boat they have all if they get it for you in two day or they have already there the people are super.

Unsalted sidewalks in the winter when it snows, but very friendly knowledgeable staff.

Wife & Daughter had a flat tire....the worthless attendant refused to help her take off the Lugnuts. Told them Im not helping you very poor customer service. Will never go back there ever. P.O.S. should be fired. Will diffently post his sorry ass name, if I find out who he is. Dont even deserve a 1 Star. ORiellys has better service. Hope you close your doors.
