Imagine a siding and window company who returns an email, calls when its appropriate, and is patient with you throughout the whole process. This exists with Doerr. Doerr recently wrapped up work on our house and our experience was superb from beginning to end. Their crew were hard-working, patient, and professional in every step of the process-- answering every dumb question my wife and I had going through an exterior renovation the first time.Seriously though, they answer email. Try finding another siding and window company that will do anything but take a phone call.

My experience with Doerr has been positive all the way from Steve to Brad, and the team of carpenters who built my deck. A huge thank you to Brad, Jake and John for their hard work during the rain and heat. The company owner cancelled my consult due to family matters. Cool thats fine. So we discussed me sending him my insurance quote and a few photos of of where I wanted stuff. I send him a quote, photos and a plat of the land. I did it that day. I did not hear anything for several days. I send a email no response. I sent a couple texts. Finally got a response that he receivedy email but still no quote or timeframe when I could expect it. Reach out again a few days later. Still no response.

My siding was finished today and we are very pleased. I had wind damage and was able to make an insurance claim, Sam was very helpful working with State Farm and explaining everything to me. The men doing the siding were friendly, professional and efficient, and also answered any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Doerr stands behind its work! I had some work done a number of years ago and contacted them recently about some problems. They treated me with respect and sent Matt who did a great job of clearing up the problem. He was professional, respectful, worked hard during the heat, and patiently answered any questions or concerns that I had about what he was doing. I would recommend Doerr to anyone who wants a qualify job and a company that cares that the customer is satisfied with the work!

Overall very happy with Doerrs job in replacing my gutters / downspouts. They are a local company who performed high quality work at a fair price. Out of my 3 quotes, they were the most reputable, tied for lowest cost, and had the earliest availability. It was an each choice. Due to the number of storms and insurance claims in the area, it was very hard finding a reputable company with a fair quote who could get to the work in a reasonable amount of time.I recommend staying away from Perfect Choice, I inadvertently received a quote (which was outrageously high) and they havent stopped cold calling me since.

Multiple times i attempted to follow up with this business. I never did recieve a quote and they never followed up, even when multiple times they told me they would. Very disappointed.
