My husband and I went to the East Peoria store to buy mattresses for our daughters new bunk bed. We arrived at the store 20 minutes before they opened on a Sunday and Eli was kind enough to let us in early. He walked us through our options for mattresses and when we decided what we wanted, he realized they were in stock at the East Peoria store. He offered to bring them over from the Peoria store to the East Peoria store himself as the warehouse delivery wasn’t working. On top of that, when I went with my daughter to pick up the mattresses, Eli walked them both to my car for me and loaded them up. He went above and beyond and you rarely experience customer service like what was provided by Eli. He’ll have a return customer. Thanks for all your help Eli!

Great experience. I knew what I wanted when I came in and there was no pressure from the associate to purchase anything different. This is something I appreciate because I do my research before I walk in to make what I consider to make a major purchase. Base/box springs came when expected, before the mattress. The mattress came about a month and a half before promised, which was great. This is a store I would recommend and do.

Were greeted in a friendly manner immediately upon entering by Jeffrey, who answered all my questions and got us scheduled for our new bed delivery very quickly. It helped we knew what we wanted, but I could tell her valued our time, and that is important to me in a salesperson.

Bought a mattress Wednesday and it was delivered Friday. Excellent customer service in the store. He even helped my tired and fussy 3 month old sleep in his stroller while I tested mattresses. He seemed very knowledgeable about each mattress. Delivery was a bit early (which was fine). They were efficient and even tried to stay quiet while the baby slept. Most importantly, they called ahead so I had time to restrain my dogs.

Great experience and customer service! Todd was our salesman he was very knowledgeable and even worked with me on the price after he had already doubled their current sale. Delivery was fast and free we actually had to swap out the box spring for a lower profile box spring and they covered the delivery on that as well.

We just purchased a mattress from here and it was such a smooth and pleasant experience. The saleswoman, Betsy, was awesome. She gave us our space and wasnt overbearing/pushy like we experienced at other furnitaure stores, yet she was very helpful and knowledgeable when we needed it.
