Delivery is always late, never get tap handles with our keg beers, Service is terrible. Only good thing is they have great choices of craft beers.

Worst customer service ever. Cant keep reps and dont hold reps accountable for incompetence. When calling the Corp office the woman was rude and uninterested in looking into why my rep was not getting my order in . Just gave me the reps personal number to call. Unfortunately they feel they dont need to offer decent customer service because in the state of illinois we are forced to buy from distributors. If it was an option we would not use this company.
