I love this business and the employees. Very fast and professional. No waiting around for an hour in some lobby. You never leave your car. One guy drains the oil. One handles the computer update and takes your payment and another checks tire pressure and all fluids. Then done and you are on your way. I highly recommend you try it!

Both men working were incredibly kind. Did not try to push any other services or features on me after I declined. Really respectful. Will definitely be coming back.

Not impressed. I had a full synthetic oil change. However, upon review of sticker they were placing in car it showed next oil change to be completed in 3000 miles. Clearly my concern! Full synthetic has a longer lifespan than conventional oil. The recommended change interval for synthetic oil is around every 5,000 to 7,000 miles, with some brands touting a much longer interval (15,000 to 25,000. Educated employees are great. With this being said it changes maintenance on car which will show I didn’t comply with recommended changes which could default my warranty. Not happy

Quick service, just pull up and stay in your car! Very friendly gentleman, prices are posted so you can see them and pick which service you would like, they also top off your oil between services, if your car has high mileage like mine and burns oil quick, this is a huge bonus! I will definitely go back and refer others.

Understaffed. Longer than usual wait. The paper said they cleaned my windshield that did not happen. At times during my oil change the only two employees I witnessed on their phones texting. Other than that the guy who changed my oil was good poor kid working doing majority of the work himself

Needed an oil change very badly and couldnt get in anywhere else. So I called these guys up and they explained how it worked. I was a little leery, but again, needed the oil changed.Rolled in and they had me going right away. The manager, Chris, was very professional and courteous. He explained the difference in price amongst the oil changes and politely tried to upsale me. I declined and that was it. A couple minutes later I was paying, think it was $47. Last thing Chris did was take my oil dipstick out, bring it around to me and showed me where it was sitting. All was kosher and I pulled out and went about my day. Total time from pulling into the stall and pulling out was less than 15 minutes.They just gained a long time customer. It was SO convenient and the price is comparable with every other oil change Ive gotten in the area.

Arrived with no one in line. Offered a bottle of water. They went through the process of inspecting my air filter and suggesting to purchase a new one.The tech who performed the oil change made a mistake. My oil filter is accessed from the engine bay. Higher than most. He takes the oil filter off and gets a gush of oil. Oil on my exhaust manifold, front engine mount, and fan. Thats gonna burn and smell for a while.Besides the screw up there, it was a standard oil change. Very quick personally. About 15 minutes in and out.

I was greeted by the staff and offered a bottle of water, the staff member was friendly and professional. After the service the manager spoke to me about how I could stop in between oil changes to top off fluids (washer, coolant), adjust tire pressures or check oil level. I’ve always had a great experience with this location and have definitely become a loyal customer.

The staff is always very helpful and they are always efficient i would recommend the lube stop.

I called everywhere in Morton and needed to have an appointment. I drove a little further out here because they could get me in immediately. You wait in your car the entire time and I was offered a bottle of water. Guys we’re really nice. They will try to offer you other services which I read in another comment are over priced. Overall my oil change was around $60 which I thought was fair. I’ll come back for my next oil change

Excellent Service to my old Car on June 26, 2018. Guys were super friendly, let me stay in my car and not have to get out to sit in the lobby. Oil was changed quickly after a safety inspection and told me about my wipers being shot and even gave me a sale price on new ones. Good guys and good service! Even offered a free bottled water!

I like the fact that you can stay in your car during your oil change. Prices for the oil change are OK, especially if you get a coupon. Prices for add-ons like wiper blades air filters etc. are way way overpriced. I strongly suggest not having them do anything extra. Just get the cheapest oil change and get out, then it’s worth it.

I visited this location on August 8th for an oil change. When I pulled up, I was greeted by an employee holding 2 cold bottles of water for us. He then went on to offer my daughter a juice pouch and a bag of fruit snacks (shes a big fan now lol). I pulled right in and they began working. Their communication with one another through the oil change was impressive. The tech guy went over all my fluid levels to let me know what was filled and what was not. I was not pressured into purchasing any additional services or parts like filters or windshield wipers like other places do. When the job was done, the store manager came and introduced himself as well as all of the employees there and I was told about the fluid top off service. We were then guided out of the bay and sent on our way. Total visit was less than 15 minutes and we stayed in the car for the entire time. This location was great! I will be a return customer!

Always quick here. You dont even have to get out of your car.. Thats how fast it was. Friendly and courteous staff. I told them I just wanted an oil change not any of the so called extras: filters, belts etc. They didnt pressure me or talk down to me.

We stopped here by chance to get it oil change. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful customer service that was provided at this lube stop. They even offered us a bottle of cold water while we waited, the guys explained the different types of oil offered as well as talking to us through the entire process. We will definitely use this quick lube is our go to oil change!

I had a bad experience both times Ive taken my car here. First time, I got an oil change and drove my car home that night. I drove to work the next morning and everything was fine til my drive home and smoke started coming out of my hood. Come to find out they didnt put the oil cap on all the way. Had to have a guy come out and check it out for me since I dont know much about working on cars. I understood it was a simple little mistake but the manager Mike acted like it was no big deal and wasnt very reassuring they would take care of it.I decided I would give them another chance, and came back for an oil change again and a fuel injection cleaning. Their sign read $40 fuel injector cleaning, so I budgeted so much for an oil change and injector cleaning. At checkout, I was charged $59.99. I asked the employee why they charged me more than was advertised and was told they have been bought out by Lube Stop so they just havent changed the sign. I just let it go but later felt I needed to call and ask the manager to reimburse me for their false advertising. The manager gave me the same excuse and refused to give me the cheaper price and said they are still cheaper than any dealership price. Needless to say, they have some of the worst customer service around and I wont be coming back!

First time here and I will be coming back! Great experience, very professional, gave me a bottle of water and kept me updated about what they were doing and were honest, very quick! I brought my work truck in and had no problems getting it charged to the national account.

Last oil change they stripped the plug on my oil pan . They used an oversized plug to get oil in it . It know leaks oil which it hadnt before, and they said this oil Im only going to have a few more oil changes before Ill have to buy a new pan. Take 5 oil change / take 0 responsibility. Manager basically said sorry about your luck

Stopped by for a synthetic oil change. They wanted $99.00 +tax. So we went to Speed Lube and got the same oil change for $61.04 including taxes! We just moved to the area, and I have now found the place that will change my oil everytime! Thank you Speed Lube for not trying to take advantage of people!

I sent my younger daughter there to get her oil changed since another place always tries to sell her stuff she doesnt need. These guys were super nice and suggested a couple things that she actually needed. There is never any pressure sales and they do a nice job. You can be in and out in about 10 minutes with smiling service.

How hard can tire pressure be? I asked three times if they checked my tires because the light was on.... I was assured that they had it taken care of. I mentioned the light was still on and they said it would take a bit of time. I drove to Walgreens and shopped then got back in the car and the light was still on. Drove to a gas station with an air pump and filled all the tires. The light instantly went off. Never going back to a place that couldnt even fill my tires properly.

They will try to sell you everything. Wipers, oil, fluids, services. Will upgrade oil and upcharge. This is basically an unadvertised upsell money pit that will turn you into a sucker for being a customer. Good at changing oil if you can get them to shut up.

I have been here 4 to 5 times now. Loved coming here. This last time wasnt the best. Told them what I wanted and over heared them talking bad about the choice is made. At the end of the day I would recommend them, but if the this would happen agian not sure I would recommend them agian.

Sadly, l unintentionally gave a review to the Lube Stop in Washington that should have been placed on this site; lm just too stupid to live! While l am sure they do a good job, that is not where my story took place.l had helped my son take down a garage and, having overfilled it, needed to remove fluid from my tranny; wanted to get it done that day because l needed to go back up to Davenport next day. After spending almost half hour slurping fluid from my car, the boss, seeing my torn and dirty jeans, said there would be no charge. A week or so later, when l went back to have something else done, the boss, remembering the old lady in torn n dirty jeans, said there was no charge. The employee w/ the work order did a double take, so l knew l should have paid. Knowing this, l will have my oil changes done here. People who care more about their customers than the money should stay in business, and somebody hasta pay the freight. l intend to pay the freight.
