Terrific home design service. Heidi made the entire design process seem effortless.

My husband and I stopped by LS looking for a quality bathroom vanity and a linen cabinet. There were 2 female sales reps that didn’t acknowledge us upon entering or while we were looking throughout the show room. Our tour took us towards one of the sales desks who then had to recognize our presence. We told her what we were shopping for and she asked “do you have an appointment or did you just come in off the street?” She then asked “do you want to place a custom order or plan to take it off the showroom floor?” My husband and I were shocked! The pompous attitude of the sales rep was arrogant and demeaning. I would never recommend to anyone to shop at this business!

I have my kitchen cabinets through LS. The quote includes soft closure cabinets but they’re not soft closure they just have a little plastic buttons so they don’t slam loudly when you close them. They should have soft close your hardware. Also the quote includes installation and we install them ourselves so the quote should never have included installation.

The entire staff has been amazing to work with over the years. They truly care about customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to make things right if ever an issue.

Visited to see some home building products. The staff at LS were extremely helpful. They were great about answering questions we had about windows, siding, shingles.
