First time visiting this location and I probably won’t go to another again. Worth the extra drive time for me! They had a lot of selection and we received amazing customer service as well.

We will drive all the way to this GameStop even though weve got one close to our house. The guy that works here is so nice and super helpful. Whenever were there the employees will point out stuff for me and in the past have even noticed certain items of merch that I was wearing and showed me where they had similar stuff for those fandoms. The store is insanely clean and really well organized. Its easy to move around and not at all cluttered :)

The store is fun and the young man was good and knew what was happening in the gaming Industry. Selection is very, and I mean mind-numbing limited. The layout of the store doesnt allow the open floor plan, that your almost pulling off, but unfortunately makes none of it come together. Help bridge the technology gap for everyone by making sure your employees know what your business is and does. You would be shocked how embarrassing employees make you look. I love the store and love you try and make it so everyone can enjoy games. But if they dont have the answers and neither does your emoyees....your business become of no more use to me and my 500 gaming followers. Not a huge selection but given were still recovering from a pandemic I can understand. Wish they carried classic games and consoles still. Pretty average place. Go here if Mega Replay doesnt have what you need.

Not a gamer, I barely knew what I was after, and the employee (manager?) on duty was extremely helpful. Also found out they have anime stuff my daughter would like!

Had to wear a mask as of 2 Saturdays ago when no where else requires a mask....

I called the store to see if they had a certain game .. got there and I didnt see it .. the associate had already pulled it for me. Thank you

I get that its the parent company probably really pushing the employees to do this, so I dont blame the employees one bit for doing this, but the few times Ive been here, I had pre-orders shoved down my throat, had an employee try to argue that IGN knows better than the general public, and now was pushed to get other amiibo when I was only there to get a Joker because they didnt have any elsewhere. Otherwise, its an okay store selection, but I disliked the experience.

I really love this specific store. The employees are friendly AF. Ive kinda been known, amongst the only two Ive tend to see there, as the Figurine guy. Im not complaining though, i just like coming here whenever I can. Even though this store doesnt always have the thing Im looking for, i like walking around and check the store out.

The young man working during my visit was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I went in to take advantage of a promotion and upgrade my Nintendo Switch to the new incremental model with increased battery life. He knew exactly what I was talking about, processed the transaction, and then helped me get all my data transferred to the new console in a timely and efficient manner.

They lied to me and told if i preordered the Cold war from them, i would get a early access code..... what a waste of money.

Staff is just plain awesome! Always go above and beyond. I will always give my business to this location.

Sold me a controller that didn’t work. Went to return it, but couldn’t since there was no others in stock. Wanted to exchange for a new one but it was not Sony brand and it was junk. Threw it in the trash. I guess I’m out $22.00.

The store manager(s) at this particular store were extremely understanding to my situation and were willing to work with me in order to honestly satisfy me with my shopping experience here.I went in to buy World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor that cost $50. The game was the US version, that I was unaware would not work for my European account. I called in, explaining that I had bought the wrong version: the box didnt clarify that US retail-sold versions would not activate for European accounts.The manager explained that they do not allow returns for PC games due to the activation codes inside, but after I said that I literally did not even break the seal, he was willing to check and give me a full refund.I am so glad that the store manager was willing to go against policy in order to satisfy a customer. It was an honest mistake on my part and the Manager could have abused me as a customer and kept the money, but he didnt.Great new store with great employees!
