I LOVE Costco Wholesale!!! I drive an hour away just to go there and be a member! They have GREAT prices on everything!! Even name brands!! They always have the best sales in their ads!! I love a lot of the ready made food that all you have to do is go home and freeze it or put it in the oven!! The have the best selection of clothing for the whole family compared to other Wholesale Stores! The customer service is great! The prices are better compared to other Wholesale Stores that Ive been to that have some of the same exact products!The ONLY toilet paper AND paper towels that I will buy is Costco Wholesales Kirkland!!

Went in for chocolate covered strawberries today but sadly they had already sold out, however when we were there we came across the woman who was talking to people about upgrading their gold card to an executive card and reaping the benefits by getting their credit card & getting 1%- 4% back on purchases. We were approved and went up to the service desk to get our new cards. They were pretty busy since it was Saturday but we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes. The process was easy and we got our pictures retaken for our new cards. The employees are always friendly especially Kitty at the service desk! Unfortunately we left without chocolate covered strawberries but looks like well be earning some cash back with our new credit card!

Its a pretty standard Costco. Thankful to have it here since the next closest is over an hour away. I especially appreciate their gas prices.

Costco rocks! Id give them a 5 star review if they had anyone helping in electronics department.

My wife and I love Costco. It is easily the most enjoyable shopping experience that I have had in this area. I had been to the one in Chicago before and was just thrilled when they brought one here. I instantly got a membership, and have never regretted it.

Cancelled my membership and went back to Sams. Second time I was in there and three huge families had three aisles blocked with motorized carts, carts, too many kids and adults in one group. Ive never experienced that at Sams.Cheaper membership for a single person. Better meat.

I love Costco because of the gas pumps, although my wife and I spend $100-300.00 Everytime we shop there.Now today at 10:00 a.m. I checked the gas prices online and it was $3.16 a gallon and when we got there 20 minutes later it was $3.29!!! I wont be spending much there anymore I could have saved more money at Hy-Vee!

How do you compare one warehouse store against another? Theyre all the same.Theres no true organization to the store because they want you to visit as much of the store as possible thus increasing impulse buying. As of this writing, the Delta variant of the pandemic is ongoing and its about 50/50 on the mask worn in the store. And employees are not obligated to wear masks. On the plus side the gas station here is much cheaper but of course you have to be a member.

New member here, I couldnt get over the size. I really like Costco. The employees are very nice and will go out of there way to help, plus I enjoyed the snacks as I went. I liked it so much I went back a day later.

This is my regular go to Costco store. Always clean and staffed with friendly staff. Some times a little disorganized at the service desk. But other then that great location.

I love Costco! Great customer service, you get in you get out, the store is setup so you see things you want and need easily. Would definitely recommend!

Had what we needed in stock as usual... and got nuts on sale for the holidays... always happy going there... also checked out tablets and computers... their people are so very helpful...

Love the selection and prices! Pleasant employees. They also offer a lot of good pre made food. BUT the indoor dining area to eat the pizza and hot dogs, etc they sell is NOT available. Looking forward to it opening up!

Once maybe twice a month we visit here and stock up on all of our plastic ware and paper plates at a great price. Theyve got everything you would need. Lots of clothing here.

Good but Costco Iowa city VA is better because of indoors parking.

Got stopped and embarrassed at the door by a rude team member and supervisor (Jason) for entering with my digital card through Samsung Pay. I explained Ive been using my digital card all year and do not understand why this is an issue now. He stated their POS wont scan my card through Samsung pay and if I wish to continue to shop I need to bring my physical card with me. Moments later I scanned my digital card at self checkout and didnt have any issues.Thanks Jason, youre rude customer service and lies have definitely influenced me to not be returning or renewing my membership.

I spent so much time in this store!!! Eating and shopping. Found plenty of food that the kids enjoy!! Very reasonable prices. Also found some good books to read!!!

Came to get my tires rotated&balanced. Made an appointment, but managed to arrive early. The staff wasnt able to get me in before my appointment, but once my car was taken back, they were quick and courteous! I love Costco!

I like Costco but they are missing scan and go the efficiency and ease is fantastic.

Anyone else notice the difference in the Kirkland toilet paper? Used to be a good buy with 425 sheets per roll in a pack of 30, and now it is 380 sheets per roll... same price... 1350 less sheets in a pack of 30 rolls. Toilet paper and the gas prices were the only reason we shop at Costco.

I enjoyed the variety of organic items. The staff is always friendly. I am not a member but have family and friends that are members. After reading an article from The New York Times I learned of Costcos inadequate chicken welfare standards. Todays consumers are passionate about animal welfare. I cannot recommend Costco to family and friends until the chicken welfare standards are improved.

Shop at this store at least once a month. Love the fresh vegetables and fruit. I do wish they could get big bags of fresh cauliflower like there broccoli though that would be awesome. But love the products and prices

Great place to shop for almost anything.When people say I can get it cheaper online when shopping at other retailers, Costco is where they should be shopping.Great prices on great products. Their Kirkland brand usually meets and sometimes exceeds the top-of-the-line products. That is very likely because they have those top-of-the-line brands make products for them, make a minor change or two and put it in a Kirkland package.(I know from personal experience they do this with their diapers.)Employees are super nice throughout the store and always help if needed. Checkout is awesome when I have kids with me as the employees are super nice to them and get them laughing and interact with them. The food court is probably the best value in town. (1/4lb hot dog and a drink for $1.50?!? That thing is like eating a full meal)Also, their return policy is literally the best. Dont like it? Return it. Not happy with your annual subscription 11 months and 27 days into it? Refund. They do not care.I will keep my membership until I move from the area.I love you, Costco.

Costcos a great place to shop. Many different varieties. Most of them in bulk. Very good if you have a large family and want to save a buck or two. One thing I dont care for are the people that seem to be checking your receipts as you leave. There is no way with the cart is filled as mine that they are able to see anything within the two seconds they take to look it over. Definitely a position that is not as effective as it should be

We just became members lately. I am impressed with the Store, if things are a little pricey, I found nothing made in China. USA, and Indonesia and their own brand. Will be using this store frequently.

The quality of this Costco is similar to most, except it does offer quite a bit more in imported (European) foods/snacks compared to other location. The gas location is out on the side a bit of the ways but it does offer more privacy and the lines move quite quickly. The area is beautiful and has the feel of a continuous development in progress. Lots of spacious parking and the team members are all consistently friendly and helpful.

My friend was experiencing low blood sugar, everyone was excellent service.

Some of the staff is really awesome,our check out was was less than stellar.The eye rolling and head shaking was ridiculous over the fact that girlfriend had to dig for a quarter.Come on.I was embarrassed for you to act like that.You should worry about the Custy your checking out. Not your friend in line your talking too.From a grown man, We wont drive 100 miles for thst kind of service.We will go the other direction for costco next time.Thanks

I love the deals here. My only complaint is they have installed self scans. Not a big deal at Walmart for self scans but I also dont pay a membership there to self scan my stuff because you dont want to hire enough cashiers.

If they dont have it, you dont need it.What we like is weve been a Sams member for over 30 years although theyre always getting rid of items we normally buy, and Sams dont have gas pumps here, but everywhere else for Sams Clubs had pumps, so we finally got smart and switched to Costco.

Not bad, it was crazy busy, so that was not the best experience, only because people were really kind of frantic for some reason. They had some things that were really good deal, others I thought were a tad overpriced. I am not sure if I will buy a membership or not, but I can definitely see the appeal for other people.

The only issue I have with Costco is that they need to have tickets members can pull on the large items like dressers and mirrors and mattresses and box springs things like that thats really large that you cant take up to the register in a cart

Great values. I bought my Google orbits here at a very favorable rate. Their meats are good but the large packages are more than we can use. There are fresh baked breads with a greater variety than in most stores.

My wife and I just got our membership 2 weeks ago first time we went shopping was great. We went 3 days ago and everything was fine until we went to check out. Now I have ptsd and severe anxiety so I dont were a mask over my nose. Terri was the cashier and told me to pull my mask up. I told her I have ptsd and severe anxiety she said I dont care pull it up. I told her no Im not going to she refused to chash my wife and I out. I will be calling corp. Plus I passed her off and told her come on Karen do your job when the manager 🙄told her to cash us out
