Friendly staff and great ice cream.

Went there today and asked for a banana split and asked for no nuts and no cherry. They were out of bananas and they have me 3 cherries and completely covered my ice cream with nuts. I live right up the road and I will not return. This is not the first time but, it will be the last.

The teenage clerks were rude as heck. Went later in the evening but not closing time. No other customers were even in there but me an my daughter. Definitely wont be back.

I ordered a cake on line after I checked the availability of cakes and to see if there was a specific time table you had to give them and there was not . The site said the cake was readily available, I even paid for it on line . So I get to the store and thats when they inform me they had to have 24 hour notice . Mad yes I was .. So then I told the MOD refund my card and her reply was she couldnt do I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the manger to drive in to refund my money . And after she finally gets there I had to wait for her to finish talking to her Area Coach that was another 5 minutes. You would think with it being a holiday weekend they would have them available thats good business. Never again will I deal with this company. Everytime Ive been there the staff is rude and untrained on good customer service. Sterling and East Peoria Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Doughnuts are worthless. Coming from Restaurant Management this was the worst experience . YOU LOST A CUSTOMER JUST BECAUSE OF POOR BUSINESS HABITS.

This parking lot is terribly designed. it is very difficult to navigate, and i definitely feel bad for the truck driver that has to deliver there!!

Newly opened and need to be trained! Just got a hand packed pint but should have just bought 2 scoops, because that was all in the pint.

The ice cream all looked old and gross. Every horizontal surface was dirty. The service was terrible. After 15 minutes inside without even getting a chance to order anything, we walked out.

Tried ordering three different types of ice cream and we were told they are all out. Tried ordering a 31 below and we were told they don’t sell those there. You have to be kidding me. Worse excuse of a Baskin Robbins ever.

Asked for an ice cream flavor, didn’t have it. Asked for a different one, didn’t have it. Ok fine I’ll take a cookie dough 31 below. Sorry we don’t have cookie dough. I guess I’ll take a butterfinger 31 below... sorry were out of butterfinger. What a joke of a place this is.

Didnt have oreos. Two shakes cost $15. The chocolate shake taste like watered down chocolate milk. They were very slow and awkward.

I have never had such a bad experience. First i called in it rang 10 times she took the phone sat it down on the counter. It rang busy after that when i tried to call. I then showed up this woman with tatoos all over her hands, missing top teeth, and a tongue ring was eating on the job behind the counter. Talking with food in her mouth. Next i asked if they made clown cones she lied to me 3 times. no not at this location They say you have them online well you have to call the cake lady, we make them here but not me. Ok Hey let me get a sunday. You can only have strawberry or pinapple. I have taken down the hot toppings already Its only 630pm. Your open till 10pm. You are telling me you cant get a hot fudge sunday here? it was burnt and i didnt want to sell it to the customers Ok well then heat up some more its down for the night sorry. Do you want that in a cone. No i dont want anything from you i will go to another ice cream store. Wow Yes wow your open till 10 and not serving sundays at a ice cream store. I will never go to this store. I have never filed a complaint to a cooperate office but id did for this one for sure. Look at the other reviews, this place is not fit and will be out of business in the next year or so. Look at my other reviews i do as well. I do not post negative reviews, i am a positive person. This was the worst service for a place that should make you happy.
