I recently needed a garage door opener replaced because one I had was destroyed by results of a lightning strike. I was ecstatic when Wayne Dalton could make it out the next day. I totally appreciate all they did, technician was great, worked thoroughly, did not rush through. Everyone in organization was great, Lisa (my first contact at Wayne Dalton), Jim (salesman), and my technician (Im so sorry I dont have his name).I have used Wayne Dalton several times over the years, including replacing garage door. Also purchased new key pad earlier this year. They are my first contact.

We had a great experience with NationServe with our recent purchase and installation of 2 new garage doors and openers at our home. Our Sales representative (Jim) provided excellent customer service starting with the initial consultation and all the way through the end of the process. Communicating with NationServe was also easy. They were always available and accessible, either by phone or email, and promptly answered all of my questions. The installation was also easy and efficient. The bottom line is we love our new doors and openers! NationServe exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend using them for any garage door needs.

I recently had the driveway and about 8 foot of the garage floor replaced. I have two garage doors. One sealed fine, the other door did not seal tight at the bottom of the door. I thought for sure I would need to replace the bottom seal with some kind of extender to get the door to seal properly. Brian came out and had it fixed in no time! Thank You Brian and Wayne Dalton! You guys are the best!

Gary,I wanted to follow up from today’s install.Chris was fantastic! Called ahead of time. Punctual. Polite. The install went great, old equipment was removed and cleaned up. Chris also walked me through the functionality of the openers etc….Fantastic experience! I will spread with good word all throughout my neighborhood!

They were able to get out to fix the door the same day we called. The technician was great and got the door fixed up in short amount of time.

Our 22 year old Torquemaster spring broke on our Wayne Dalton garage door. Lucky for us Rebecca found one in stock, Lisa got us scheduled right away and Brian travelled to Springfield and installed it in an hour!They were a great team to work with! I originally posted a one star rating due to the fact that I called twice for a quote on a garage door installation and had been told both times I would get a call back and hadnt. I am revising my feedback because I did find out the lack of response was due to a 3rd party involvement. However, if that would have been explained to me anytime during the last several days then I wouldnt have posted a low rating to begin with. I also decided to increase my rating because the people who delivered the garage door did a good job and they were very friendly and helpful.

I just had a very pleasant experience with a garage door problem and suddenly realized that something you take for granted was inoperable ! Fortunately my opener had a number to call for service - Wayne Dalton in Peoria ! Brian and Nick arrived the next morning ! In 45 minutes and with smiles they replaced a spring and all was well ! ! Prompt and professional service. Our Wayne Dalton garage door & Genie opener were installed in our home 11 months ago and, of note, we are located 80 minutes from East Peoria. Issue arose with door opener and I contacted Gary at Nation Serve. A little over 2 hours later, repairmen Scott and Thomas arrived, both very courteous, and they worked on opener, replacing a defective part. Reset the keypad & car opener with me. Top-notch service and would highly recommend.

Completely satisfied with our new garage doors. They look great and really blend with the colors we were wanting to have on the front of our house. The install person was here for hours working until the job was completed (we had 3 doors to install - one an 18). Very happy with everything!

NationServe of East Peoria cares about their customers!!! REALLY CARES!!! Friday mid-afternoon our spring on our garage door broke with my car inside. I was freaking out because Im the so!e caregiver for my wheelchair-bound 90-year old Mother whos been having health issues and at times requires me to immediately drive her to the hospital...not a 911 call, but still would be required an ER visit.I called NationServe and asked about getting the spring fixed THAT afternoon...remember this is mid-afternoon FRIDAY.. I was informed their truck with all the equipment had broken down earlier and they wouldnt be able to assist me until Monday. I informed the Customer Service Rep, Bryan, about my situation. Because I might need to take my Mother to the hospital in the middle of the weekend and wouldnt be able to. He immediately talked with the Operations Manager, Gary Chiaravalle, and Gary said...lets make this happen.Bryan and Gary understood my unique situation, got a worker to come in special. The repairman, Chad, came over looked to see what was needed, went back to the shop and obtained/made the necessary parts and the spring and effectively and efficiently installed it.....all of this done in absolutely no time at all....by late afternoon we had a working garage door. My stress level was now back to normal. They showed me how much they care for their customers. Not a lot of companies, IF ANY, would have went through hoops to help like this....sure wish all business had this same type of commitment. I never done business with them prior to this but I can tell you one thing....they have a committed, life-long customer now. Their care started with the Customer Service Rep continued to the Manager and ended with the repairman....ALL dedicated to EXCELLENT customer service which went way above and beyond. GREAT JOB NationServe!!!!!! And Thank You!!!!

Very professional, installed new springs plus went the extra mile and greased the entire system. They quoted me over the phone (reasonable price) and the bill I received was the same price quoted.... I was also fortunate that they were able to come out the same day I called.

Wanted to see if they had a certain item. They do not carry this item, but they did tell me where to purchase it. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

I called three Bloomington, IL businesses to repair my door. One said they wouldnt do it (Door Doctor). I made appointments with two others, and they never showed up for the pre-scheduled appointment for which I took off work (Childers out of Hudson & MidState out of Bloomington). I understand that appointments change, but I never received a phone call or anything. I called my builder out of desparation and he recommended NationServe. They actually showed up and around the pre-scheduled time. The gentleman was very professional and performed extra maintenance unrelated to the repair. The price was also reasonable, in my opinion. Regardless, I am willing to pay a little more for better customer service and companies that honor their word. I highly recommend this company and will call them if and when for my next repair.
