This is by far my favorite co-op. All the staff are friendly but I particularly appreciate Fae. She is so sweet and she is very knowledgeable on all of their products. So, thanks again Fae if you are reading this!

The folk down there are always really kind and take good care of their customers. Stock rotates somewhat regularly so its never a stale experience.

This Co-op in East Peoria offers great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Decent prices friendly help.

I use to love this store and recently stopped in to check out their stock of glass and was deeply saddened!!!! 90% of the store seems to chinese glass reproduced a thousand times over. Nothing unique to see here anymore 😕

They have a great selection.Price is decent.But they enforce wearing a mask, which is against my rights and the constitution.Other than that, they are OK.

Staff lies. Wanted 500mg cbd, he sold me 250 went back in all I did was walk out the door look at the bottom of the jar and it was 250mg. Do not do business there.

The co-op shop is extremely clean very nice everything is in glass so you can see all of the products. The people that work there were so extremely kind and help me out. And they are educated and everything that they sell.

Absolutely wonderful place. The staff are incredibly helpful and exceedingly friendly. Whether youve been smoking for years or are new to everything, they will be able to help you find exactly what you need, and at an affordable price. I wouldnt buy from anywhere else.

Friendly, but seems a bit too relaxed as getting assistance for a sale was difficult.

I would give 0 if I could. I went in to buy a product, they sold me on a more expensive product. When I get it home, the product doesn’t work and they won’t exchange. It’s 1 day old. So I will never be back and I urge everyone to be careful of what you buy from them.

The Co-Op Shop in East Peoria is incredible!! They literally have everything. You can find items here that you cannot find anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! I always go here for body jewelry and glass pieces because they always have the most variety and coolest items to choose from.

Dont waste time or effort especially if youve got a medical disorder that makes it impossible to wear Mask. I went can verify my reason of not wearing a mask. Most places understand and work with the issue they offered curbside until the product i wanted. The store was empty. Update: Curbside available only when its not glass nice try champ.

They updated the layout!! Its so much nicer in my opinion. Everything is blocked together by category and it feels and looks more inviting. They upgraded their stock as well, adding new items and restocks for the favorites. Much easier to navigate also. It was definitely a good move on their part. Staff is wonderful as always! I have yet to meet an employee there that I didnt like! 5 stars all around!

The staff is all amazing! Very friendly and always willing to help. The atmosphere is like Jerry Garcias basement (which I love) to top it off everything is completely priced appropriately and not all inflated. Overall I have to say its always a comfortable experience

Love this place and its sister on University! Great finds, always new deals and cool stuff, and every visit is always a lot of fun. Love all the CBD products for me, my parents, and even our cats. I really enjoyed the free grab-bag last Saturday: what a way to show customers that theyre appreciated.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have spent plenty of money here over the years. However at the East Peoria location my fiancé wanted to buy me earrings and the “manager” who was a girl with blonde hair, Sold him two lip rings as earrings and sold him two lip rings separately. She knew he didn’t know the difference and completely took advantage of him being guy in that situation. When I went in to exchange the lip rings (I don’t even have a lip piercing) right after he showed them to me she was super rude and I asked for a manager and she raised her hand and said that’s me in a snotty snarky way. She said the store policy is to not return body jewelry. I get that but he had literally just bought them within seconds of this incident. had the receipt. They never touched my ear. She ripped us off and it’s sick that they would even let her be a manager. He asked for earrings. If she didn’t have that in stock then she shouldn’t have tried to pass off a couple lip ring as a pair of earrings. She should’ve just said sorry sir I don’t have what you’re looking for and suggested something else. I’ve worked in retail for years and it’s not right to do that to someone. We will NEVER BE BACK if she’s there

The workers are usually friendly and relatively helpful if I have any specific questions about anything. To be fair, I typically know what Im looking for when I go in. I like the VIP discount.

Its hard for me to rate them on a 5 star system bc its ben fine sometimes but there have been to many times where they instead of saying they dont know about something they will go yeah that will work like a nail or some other product to add to another I feel like asking them anything is a waste of time bc they just say whatever and most of them even though they work there dont know as much as I or the customer does so dont go with their opinion its not there money they just say whatever there are some problems I must admit but it would take to long to list everything.

I asked to go into the back room & the employee was very rude. Then I had a $48 item wrapped up, again, very rude, as soon as he was done, he asked if i was ready, and I very obviously was not done looking around. Back in the main store, the employee spent his time texting & was not at all helpful. Obviously his phone is more important than his job because I spent the last $55 Ill spend there.
