Ok place. Its changed though. No more 20% coupon to clip. No more paper catolog. Prices are higher on many items i get. But there is still good deals. Its just not the harbor freight i once knew. Its sad. But nice people.

The problems I have with going to Harbor Freight are 1) I never have enough time to look at everything and 2) i definitely never have enough cash. SMDH Other than that its cool

I like it, cheap tools and good selection. Every guy wants the best but sometimes the money is low and the project is small. Perfect for harbor freight. Trying out an ideal but dont want to invest alot. Perfect. Great selection of every type of tool. Some times you need a tool. And sadly sears is gone. And lowes and menards just cant replace sears...sadly todays kids are going to grow up thinking harbor freight tools are good? But you do hit good one every once in awhile

This Harbor Freight seems to be adequately stocked most of the time and has knowledgeable employees. Ive rarely found it out of the specials, and when they are the employees are very adept at looking up their next shipments and issuing rainchecks when Ive needed them.

Great staff and management at this location. Have been here many times which staff hss always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I personally have been committed to a particular brand or two over the years and have overcome that dedication to those brands after a few purchases here. Also found here are automotive waxes, painting equipment, roofing equipment, tarps and more. Is definitely worth a trip and be sure to get on their mailing list.

What can I say about this place theyre honest they stand behind their products but a wet saw couple months ago switch kept breaking took it back to them they replace it without a problem right on the spot even apologizes the other one kept breaking and you just dont get much better than that definitely be going back here for more stuff

They had what I needed. It really wasnt too pricey. I needed some bubble wrap, and, they had it! It was kind of busy. I felt sorry for check out girl, but, par for the course.

Joined the Inside Track Club and very disappointed. Could not log in, could not access any special deals. Website does not recognize my email address when trying to sign in but they have sent me confirmations when I signed up for the club and get the catalog and free coupons often. Everything you do takes you to the page to sign up for the club. Seems like a scam. Save your money and just use the free coupons.

Disappointed in the fact that they dont have 20% coupons for weekends now it on random stuff

At something like 40% less than a big box store per item, we stock up on any of our expendables, shop items and the like here. There might be a job-site stigma of a Chicago Electric brand tool, but youll save two hours wages or more on that tool...so fwiw. Buy the warranty and get back to work!

Has to be the best adult man store in all of Peoria .. Prices are always beyond expectations can find from tools to compressor to nail guns to hobby crafts ...unlike any place of its kind. If u never visited a Harbor Freight store its time you do.. When you do come with spare time you are goin to want to see every thing there.. Its like a Toys R Us for dads...

As far as stores go, they always have what I need. I do recommend knowing what you need out of your tools. Some are great for most do it your self jobs, if it is something you are going to use alot, do your homework. Sometimes its better to pay up for better tools, or plan on replacing them more often.

Always a great place to buy tools of all sorts at ridiculously low prices. They have a bad reputation for some items thats undeserved, in my opinion. For the price you cannot beat them. The store is relatively small but well laid-out. For the space available they have a huge selection. Parking is easy and the staff is friendly.

They were very helpful in helping me with my purchase and loading a tool box in our car.

Who doesnt love harbor freight? Free coupons are lacking lately and inventory is low. But with COVID-19 its understandable. Overall, great place to buy tools that are from China.

Decent tools for decent price average quality. You get what you pay for. The coupons are a great deal and if you know what to expect from their tools then it is a great place to buy tools. Great for the average fix it guy, maybe not the best for a contractor.

Thought this only existed in magazines. Had to go in and check out the vast selection of things. Neat and organized store. Made good use of the space available, many selections for all sorts of projects. Cost effective products. Some nice deals available.

Always a go-to for low use tools for me or mechanical tools. I usually avoid power tools unless its a tool I need for a specific project. Service is decent here and cant complain. Store is well kept.

Tradesman or Do-it-yourselfer paradise. Absolutely affordable tools, tool storage (tool carts, chests, bags), and some other good things for getting a job done. Super nice and helpful staff and very well laid out store. If for some reason you cant find something the staff absolutely will know where to send you. I refrain from going only to not spend all of my money... However.. Even if i splurge i get often times more than my moneys worth of what i do buy. Never a wasted cent spent at this store. Have been here many times and ordered off of their website several times as well. Never an issue. Highly recommend to anyone. Especially dealership technicians such as myself where theres always a tool needed to get it done right the first time. Would rather spend my money here and Ill get my moneys worth instead of a tool truck or big name department store.

Super good deals on cheap tools. Im not a contractor, so I dont care if my router will last ten years. It cost me 50 bucks.. I can get decent tools that I will use occasionally and they will last long enough to get several jobs done. I would choose this place to buy any tool over lowes, which has a huge markup.

I visit Harbor Freight often, so much that I wish there was one on the Peoria side of the river. Everyones always willing to help and the occasional coupon helps ease the damage on the wallet. My only suggestion to shopping here is akin to grocery shopping hungry. GO IN WITH A PLAN! Youll end up meandering every aisle and coming up with a reason to buy one of almost everything.

Price is right. Quality is good, but not great, so expect to make occasional use of the lifetime warranty on hand tools, which they do honor. Always go in with a coupon for a freebie, and its hard to go wrong. The 27 LED flashlights I consider the best freebie to take home. Put one wherever a flashlight would be handy.

Cheap tools. They have better warranties than Craftsman. I Recommend extended warranties.Ive seen drills return because of battery would not charge any longer, got a free replacement. 1 year later.
