Trailer was in good shape and worked great, pick up and drop off were painless, and price was reasonable.

Rented a man lift 2 weeks in a row and the 2nd week it would not hold a charge! When I took it back I told them about it and they said they would have it checked out, called a week later to see if they checked it out and to see if we could get a refund and they said no because we still had it for the weekend!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Had it for 3 days and couldn’t even use it, and the girl at the front desk was very rude when we called back about it!!! SUNBELT FROM NOW ON!!!

They cancelled my rental two days before I was to pick it up and told me that the person that had it rented now extended it through the week and since they currently have it, they have rights to it. If I book a hotel room, the person staying in it now cant extend their stay and keep my room. Will not ever rent from here again.

Had a list of equipment booked out months and months (8+ months at least) in advance. I get a call a week and a half before my event date telling me sorry we cant get those for you anymore . We had used them for years and have had various mechanical issues to begin with but this is the final straw and the end of my business using United Rental. Do not recommend
