Uptight shipping clerk demands i wear a face diaper while her and her whole staff is maskless...When confronted on her hipocracy she said when she leaves behind the desk she puts one on🤣🤣🤣🤣...They should just remove the flagg posted up at this facility....Hands down a slow facility...Playes games as is trailer inspection jusy to jack with you over nothing food grade..Takes cigarrett brakes non stop......Save your companys time and stay away from these double standandard maskholes....

Went to pick up a load. My trailer was super clean and they still rejected it.

I would like to respond to Michael Varnitskyi review:As an employee in Building A of this facility, I would like to address that we are a Food Grade facility and we are required to do thorough trailer inspections to make sure the trailer is free of debris that could contaminate the product we are loading into it. A trailer cannot have wood chips or metal shavings or anything of that sort. When drivers arrive here for a pickup, their trailer needs to be clean and dry or it will indeed be rejected. We do allow the driver to sweep out the trailer if it is dirty. If it can be swept to our expectations, we will load it. Nobody wants to receive contaminated food grade product.

United Facilities Inc. Divided into 3 parts with one letter for each. Building A, B and C. The 3 are well connected and informed when you have the information to load or unload foreign trucks. I reported in the first building A and they immediately sent me to building B where they had my merchandise and everything was ready. They charged me in 45 minutes. Very efficient staff. The plant is located off Interstate I 74 west.
