My cars warning light advised the coolant level was low; stop the car! I stopped at the Main Street location in College park/East point,GA., near the ATL airport. The staff was WONDERFUL! A gentleman even came outside to pour coolant in my car!! I certainly appreciated their friendliness and service!!

Im in customer service and usually have some issues with the service that I have been receiving. But on two occasions I needed recommendations and instructions for particular matters regarding 2 of my vehicles, Brandon stepped in and delivered. Upon finding out he was in management i was so impressed and proud of him. He is a great addition to this location.
They are always busy but the workers make sure take of everyone. Theres an older gentleman I think hes the manager hes the best. He helps everyone and he knows his stuff. His customer service is why I always go back.
Kevin went above and beyond replacing my battery. My Mercedes battery had corroded and was almost impossible to replace. He is an example of an exemplary employee. Thank you Kevin for not giving up.

Charles (Manager) Helped me and my friends when our car was dead and we had to walk 30 minutes to get to his store, they were out of jump boxes and he drove us back to our car and gave us a jump start, willingly, and didn’t even want to charge us, was a great person.

Brandon, was extremely helpful, when my car started leaking oil and I had to stop there. I wasn’t able to buy anything from there, and he still went out of his way to call few mobile mechanic for me and kind enough to let me have my car parked overnight. They def have great employees there.

First of all when I walked in there the guy that was walking around on the floor with the red T-shirt did not even want to help me when I ask for help he laughed at me then finally the manager to help me but really he was too busy to help me that was the worst service I’ve ever received at this location it was so sad because it was disgusting how they treated me

Obviously, Auto Parts is a great place to go when looking for any car parts (which its name should give away) or have general questions. What makes Auto Parts stand out is that its employees are almost always knowledgeable about cars to the point where anybody could go and ask a question about their car. I would recommend this Auto Parts to anybody looking for some car parts.

I purchased a headlight bulb and when they attempted to install it, realized that the issue wasnt the bulb. They allowed me to return the bulb even though the package had been opened.

The customer service was great.. I went in to purchase wiper blades at the beginning of a rain storm.. There were several other customers inside when I arrived,, but I made it through the line quickly.. Also, an associate was kind about installing the wipers in the rain..
Experienced counter sales
They double charged my credit card and when I went to them about it; they said that I would have to go to my bank. I went to my bank and they told me this place would have to be the one to do it. Im never dealing with this place again. Not only that; I even showed them where I was charged double.
I had a return from the Mount Zion location for a jumper box & the manager at this East Point location told me that it was against policy to return an unused jumper box. He also told me that I had to return to the original store. After driving 20 minutes to the original location it was returned with no problem. Therefore, this store could have processed my return but chose not to. This was terrible customer service.
He keep the 14mm/. 1/2 drive socket that I bought . After I returned an item & was moved from twice between cash register s, I was given a store credit card & receipt .I was looking@ the receipt and left. I didnt use that car or leave my house.this morning when I was going to use it I went to the car . My wallet, receipt, and store credit card were right where I left them,. Without socket, the sales man when I returned, barked I gave you that socket, twice . Ive got better things to do than try to beat someone out of a 14 mm socket when I do business with them two or three times a month.I guess Ill have to find a more honest dealer

Everything was nice exept for the fact that the cashier took my coupon and when it did not scan just said it didnt work. He did not even try to scan it again and just told us to pay normally. He also came of as a very rude person. Besides him though it was a nice and organized place.

Before AutoZoneGetting a lawsuit for employees likes: Mr. Charlie, Jeffrey, Sherman, Mrs.Cassandra, Stands, Mrs. Dominga this team must to become AutoZone ex-member. Causes They are the ones that allow the environmental contamination in the area of east point in exchange for money that gives the mobiles mechanic.

I dont like going to this store. Manager has given me grief about returning defective parts. Gave me grief about my ID, said it didnt look anything like me. Then there are the guys who wait outside who offer to install stuff for you. One dude actually took my car battery from me and said hed install it. Really didnt like that. I prefer to work on my car myself.Will try the store on Metropolitan from now on, see what theyre like. AutoZones all around havent impressed me much. Ive been to stores all over north Georgia and even one in eastern Ohio, and have never been really happy with any of them.
