Omar is the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. He’s very welcoming and knowledgeable. I only bought a closure this time because I already had hair at home that I hadn’t used yet. However, I WILL be returning for bundles and wigs from here! God works in mysterious ways. I went to True Glory down the street to get a closure and they were all out. Googled Brazilian hair near me and BOOM, it sent me here and I’m so glad it did.

I love this place and we love Omar! Best Indian hair Ive found since moving from California. Im in Alabama now though so I wish I could order online! Gotta make the trip soon!

I bought my bundles from here just yesterday and had the absolute best experience buying hair ever. Thomas was so amazing from the time I called to ask for details til the time I left out the boutique with my bundles! This place is so family oriented and the vibes were so amazing. They sell custom wigs, weave bundles, hair products, and even full selective sew-ins. I will definitely be returning!!

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was preparing for the potential hair loss associated with chemotherapy. Before I discovered Fabulous Hair Boutique I purchased a pre made wig and was very disappointed. I wanted to look as natural as possible during my treatment and the first wig did not accomplish this. I found out about Fabulous Hair Boutique and met with Omar and was very impressed during the consultation. He wanted to make sure he provided me with exactly what I was asking for. Two weeks later when I picked up the custom wig, I was in complete awe. It was flawless. My husband and children couldn’t believe it was a wig. The side part and hairline looked so natural. I showed Omar and his partner a past picture and the wig looked exactly like the picture. The style and color was perfect. The two men have a God given talent. The term “when you look good, you feel good” couldn’t be more true. What the wig did for my spirit cannot be explained. Before I left the shop I ordered a second wig. Thanks Fabulous Hair Boutique!!

Omar was very helpful and answered all of my questions (which I had tons of because it was my first wig). The wig was ready to be installed on the exact date I was promised and the custom color was exactly like my inspiration picture. They installed the wig for me and it is flawlesss!! 1st of All THANK YOU! I purchased some Brazilian Body Wave in 20, 22, 24inch with a closure from Fabulous Hair Boutique last week and had it installed. I did exactly as Omar suggested 😊 Co-Washed the hair with conditioner. This hair is so beautiful 😍. If anything changes, I would be shocked! Omar is so professional, loveable, and just flat out amazing. It’s very apparent that he values his customers and their needs. I went in today and it was like talking to a long time family friend. He was so attentive, and the wig looked so real and it was so soft, the hair was amazing. I love his Libra spirit and his soul they’re so beautiful. I WILL be coming back and back and back for all my wigs and bundles.

I’ve been wearing wigs and hair from Fabulous hair boutique for around 6 years. My wigs are always great quality and I always get them custom and they’re always perfect! Not sure what these other negative reviews are about but I’ve never had a problem and Omar is great. And Dorian does his things on the wigs!!

I bought 3 wigs from this establishment over the past 4 years and I have NOT had any issues. If you would bother to ask the wig stylists what they use on the hair or how to care for it, they do not have issue recommending products. The last wig that I purchased, I asked Omar to cut and style for me. I had to pay extra but I would have paid another stylist to do it anyway. The glueless lace front wig came out beautiful. The parting and texture of this wig is very realistic. The cut allows me to wear the wig with body or straight. I would definitely purchase again and have them style my wigs again.Update- 7/22/18 I purchased a wavy/curly full lace wig a month ago. It is flawless and I am receiving lots of compliments. Thank you so much for providing such quality hair.

I’ve been wearing Fabulous Hair Boutique wigs for years and I’m always satisfied. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. Wearing wigs is a very different experience from weaves so you have to get the knowledge of how to take care of your hair and wigs. Nonetheless I love my hair always! Omar was fabulous! He really helped me with my new hair piece and was very professional. The atmosphere and studio very delightful. I highly recommend this fabulous boutique to everyone.

I just left the boutique and both men employees (who look like brothers) were super sweet, friendly, and aware of the product they were selling. No one in the area sold transparent lace frontals and although fairly expensive, I was willing to pay for what best suits me. I will definitely recommend this boutique for their customer service and ability to provide hair or lace suitable for my fair skin. :)

I am on my 2nd purchase for myself and one for my mother and I have always been absolutely satisfied. Though theyre even always a big selection displayed they have always had what I needed available for was willing to create. Omar is very kind and patient. He allows the customer to try on and work with the hair to be comfortable before the purchase. There was a need for me to come back to correct some at home improvements, And without question they worked to make it right again and I left satisfied. With my 1st purchase I did question the cost, But once I saw how well the hair handles and rebounds after some neglect and poor upkeep, I still feel that it is worth it. A satisfied customer for sure.

I was referred here by someone else and Im glad that I was. After loss of my hair, due to chemo, I was looking for a wig that allowed me to have some sense of normalcy again. To feel like myself. I went here, met Omar and he gave me some options. I chose hair that would be easy to style and manage (kinky curly). Dorian styled my hair and made me feel quite lovely. I wasnt sure at first due to an issue with my first appt, but Omar made sure to rectify that. All I can say is, the gentlemen that run this business seem to really care about the wellbeing and happiness of their clients and it shows. I will be back for my next install and color. Wait for an update!

Omar was very Knowledgeable and understanding that this was my first wig ever purchased. I asked so many questions even though I watched so many you tube videos to prepare me for when I was ready to purchased. He also made me feel comfortable while waiting and had me try on wigs that actually fit my style and what I was looking for. So far Ive had this wig for two weeks, it came wavy to which I can wear it wavy or straight. Ive gotten so many compliments that some think that its actually a sew in, thats how real it looks. The hair is Fabulous!!! and so soft I havent co-washed it yet and dont expect to for a while because I dont use a lot of product on it. All questions that I needed was answered, the install was great. To which a tutorial was provided to make sure I received the best look when I need to fix or apply the wig back on. All I can give is 5s customer service was great and the quality of hair is amazing. I purchased two wigs, still waiting for the other and Ill send pics and reviews on the next wig as well. Im glad I was able to find quality and a trustworthy company to satisfied my needs in my home town ATL! Love yall!!! thanks a lot …..

**UPDATED**I previously said the price was unwarranted. In the year since my original review Ive had more experience with other vendors, so my update is not that the unit is overpriced, but that I was not happy with the customization, installation method, and installation price. The installation was a little less than half the price I paid overall.The owners are very pleasant, and the process of ordering the unit was fairly simple. The lace is the best quality I have seen thus far; its very soft and the cap construction is also better than most. And the hair was very good quality. The unit did shed some, but I think that was due to the things I had to do to get it re-installed because I didnt like the way it was originally done.They were an hour late to the appointment (which I felt was unprofessional), and the amount of time it took to install was double what I had been told. This made me late to every other appointment that day as I prepared to start my wedding weekend, and ended up costing me a lot of money and time.I was told the unit would be customized, and it was not except for the knots which were bleached to the point of the lace turning a bright red. I was told it just needed some toner and would oxidize- both proved to be false. The hairline was not customized in any way, and too much adhesive was used, so it did not look realistic/seamless on me once it was installed. The man doing the installation seemed nervous about doing any work on the unit, even as little as trimming it to the length that I had originally asked for. If youve been doing hair for 30 years but dont feel comfortable trimming 2 inches off a unit theres an issue. I was getting married in 48 hours and had to scramble to find and pay someone else to tint the lace, customize the hairline, and cut it to the length I asked for when I placed the order.Overall, I would give 5 stars for the unit quality, and 1 star for the installation and price of installation. What I saw on social media regarding their work is not what I experienced. Ordering a unit from this business is not a problem, but I would strongly suggest finding someone else to install it.

I can truly say that these guys are the Real Deal.I purchased my beautiful glueless wig and instantly changed my life. They explained the advantages of glueless and showed me how to properly wear them. I feel like a pro now. I love the amazing fit and the quality of hair, there is little to no shedding or and type of issues this the hair. I’ve had it maintenance 3 times and still looks Fabulous.Thanks you guys, Xoxo

I bought some curly hair from Omar, the hair was absolutely horrible. After dying it always matted at the nape of my neck, I went back to tell him & he said it was the way it was died. My hair is naturally curly so I always wear curly hair and his was the absolute worse I had. He’s made wigs for celebrities but hasn’t blown up because you can’t prosper when your product isn’t quality.

I spent a large amount of money to have a custom made unit. I waited about 2 weeks for it to come and was able to wear it only 2 weeks before it became a dry, tangled, matted waste. All that money down the drain. I wanted to make an investment....but they screwed me over and wont even try to rectify the issue. I have sent many emails and texts. No response from Omar. Ive had beauty supply hair that last longer than this. Im so disappointed I could cry.

Don’t shop here I purchased hair months ago and lost the perimeter of my hairline from an awfully constructed wig. Also, the quality of the hair is horrible!!!!!!!! Please shop at your own risk

I bought a full lace wig from this place. It was suppose to be glueless with clips, Jet Black 18 inches . It was a horrible first time experience for me I was tugging and pulling the thing down THE ENTIRE TIME I WORE IT .I asked for Jet Black and what I have is a old lady brown and black through out so a combination of something I did not ask for (ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE). The texture of the HAIR is a complete MIXTURE mess. It is 100% something but just not human hair. The wig was the wrong length and seem to be the wrong fit. I called and spoke to someone who preceded to go back and forth with me regarding what I see. I simply hung up the phone and couple minutes later received a call from Fabulous. I did not answer!!! (UNACCEPTABLE) Please, Please I beg you..... please read the reviews first and consider all reviews before buying anything from not only this place but any hair facility. My husband read the reviews and tried to warn me that the ratings for this place was to low.... Of course I did not listen and was running out of time and went against my better judgement. I have an appointment on Thursday to get my hair done after having spent over $700. PLEASE PRECEDE with CAUTION if CONTEMPLATING doing BUSINESS with this ESTABLISHMENT....... JUNE 26, 2018 CURRENT.......To the owners of this facility please do not answer my post by saying it is untrue. Because God takes care of folks better than we can. Spent a lot of money on hair that was very short lived. Price isnt indicative of quality. Bought much cheaper hair that has lasted close to a year. Dont be duped.

This hair is horrible. I had a friend buy me a few bundles of Brazilian body wave in June when she visited Atlanta because I’ve seen and heard great things about this company from queen @kingamiyahscott over the years and I have to say that sadly, I am very disappointed. It was gorgeous at first, but it sheds and tangles uncontrollably and is very high maintenance. I definitely will not be ordering from here again. It’s only been not even a full two months and I’m already looking to buy something else.This is my honest opinion, it’s nothing personal-yet, when I posted the above on their Instagram page to share with other hard workers who don’t want to waste money on a poor product, they blocked me within 5 minutes. Poor customer service at it’s finest.
