Let me start off by saying the bathroom was TERRIBLE the cleanliness of the store wasn’t any better. Another issue I had they continuously want everybody to use the self checkout me personally I can careless about using that machine I rather interact with somebody about my purchase.

If I could give minus stars I would. This place is self checkout which is a joke. Will not visit again, I will run out gas first. Pay at the pumps dont work, you are harassed while trying to pump gas,and the attendants are worthless.

For being a new location this is got to be a confusing layout. The store is so far away from the pumps that have credit card machines not working properly. The place is so packed that they have to use an officer here to keep down crowd control as I had to go in and pay for the gas with my card with the cashier in which the line was packed and no one was practicing any social distancing. I stopped here because I thought it was convenient. Come on racetrack you can do better

I used to go to the other race trac all the time, but since they changed the staff I now frequent this one. I dont like overly crowded places, but for the most part this place stays clean and the people are a lot more nicer then when I used to go there. Also I love the self check out. That means Im not standing in line forever. Pretty much a run in and run out location. If you are in line for a long time its because people refuse to use/ dont know how to use the self checkout. These need to be put inall locations.

The male store attendant at the time I went (a few minutes ago) was very rude, not helpful, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Each question I asked was combatted with passive and demeaning attitude. Initially, he rudely advised me to use the self served checkout option which was cool but the attitude was unnecessary because by the time I got to the counter there was no one infront of me. I couldn’t use that option, anyways, because I needed something behind the counter. I asked for an item behind the counter and he refused to show me the available options and asked me along the lines of “you can’t see it?” At that point I left without making a purchase to avoid a confrontation. Very disappointed. Store was located in Camp Creek

I really want this location to be great but it’s so dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor, that was split beverage all over the counter, trash tossed about the store, and the glass was filthy. I don’t mean the kind of untidiness that happens when stores are very busy it was dirty like no one had cleaned up in there in weeks. Spilt beverages, candy wrappers, used napkins and used straws all over the place. When I used the self checkout machine there was some sticky substance all over it I didn’t even want to put my items down. Really want the store to be great. They need to clean it up.

Ever since they added those self check out machines, it’s SUPER SLOW in there. It was faster when the cashiers ran the registers. Always over crowded and not even worth stopping.

This was the nastiest Racetrack I have ever been too.Stopped to get something to drink and use the restroom. Walked into the girls bathroom and there was used Tampons and female pads all over the place. I almost lost my lunch. My husband went to the mama restroom and there was puke in the urinalsNever would I recommend stopping here. Find the nearest Qucik Trip and drive past this racetrack

Dont even bother coming here after midnight. Not one single hot food item in the store. Nachos? Sure! But we outta trays. So unless you want to eat nachos out of your shirt pocket, this place is worthless once the sidewalks roll up, all of the food places are closed and we revert back to the 1800s thanks to this covid BS.

The pumps never work. Racetrac shouldn’t come into the community if they can’t provide a quality experience to the members of the community. You have to drive around 30 minutes to find a working pump.

It was great there was less than 3mins wait inside the store. It was well kept and the workers was very helpful.

I don’t have a problem with the gas being 10-15 cent above average, but why are there so many pumps not working? I had to go to FIVE DIFFERENT PUMPS before giving up and going inside to pay. Why are the employees quick to rush me out of the store? WHY IS THE TRAFFIC SO BAD????? There are so many things wrong with this location for the prices to be as high as they are. I only come here if my tank is empty and even then, i only get $5 worth of gas. After today, I’ll call AAA before I ever come back.

Hire people to work. The store is closed during rush morning hours...

Please mop the floor its too sticky and have the little cashier girl who worked today at 10am with the major attitude to do it.

I experienced an unfortunate disappointing level of customer service at this location. I spoke with Jay (GM) about problems with their gas pump. He knowledge that corporate is aware that their gas pumps has issues working consistently. However, from his response, he and his morning assistant Cierra, surly did not care about that problem. I recommended that they put a sign on the pumps letting customers know that they may have to come inside to pay, because the card slots on the pumps are having issues reading credit cards. While he seemed visibly upset about being interrupted from texting on his phone, Jay did finally take action by telling me I can pay inside. I am not sure if its corporate is causing his frustration, but he needs to channel his energy differently towards customers.

Credit & Debit card machine seems to always be down when I stop in . It’s like a waste of time even stopping in .

Are all the pumps working yet??? I have spoken to several cashiers and they give the same answer-theyre being worked on.... for a year? Really?I just go to the new one down the street!

This Racetrac is closed after 12am. The other Racetrac stays closed til 6am.

We are not a fan of the self-checkout. They have placed them within the store and try to get patrons to use them. i refuse to use them. It is un-American!

The African American female and Caucasian male, who are managers and work the early morning shift, just sit and talk, and dont say hello. The female doesnt smile, she looks sloppy at times, and is very rude to me. I have asked her questions and tried to get advice, but she was dismissive and called me out my name several times coming here for service. The male is of no assistance to his staff nor the customers. I came in around 3:40 and they snickered when I came in. What happened to superior customer service?! This is by far the sorriest Racetrac in Atlanta. Id rather go to Chevron on Washington Rd in the hood than this location. I will take my business elsewhere until they switch out management.

I just got some gas at this station. If attitude reflects leader ship this station is in trouble. The Shift manager rang up my gas . He was really unprofessional . Specifically since all I needed was gas. I couldnt make out his name Some thing like Andre. I will definitely not use this particular racetrac again.

When the water is contaminated and you cant provide fountain drinks, tea, coffee you should inform the public so we dont waist our time walking in . Thanks for nothing!

I really do support local business. Dont fret. Have been going to this racetrac for about a month now. Food is always fresh and the cashiers have been pleasant with me each time I go in. My favorite food items are the breakfast burrito and the turkey and provolone cheese. Bathrooms are clean and stocked.

This Race Trac is awful! They are not 24hours as advertised. They close every morning for 2-3 hours apparently to do cleaning.

The pumps do not agree with Comdata cards. Have to go in the store twice... once to prepay for the gas and second to get the receipt for the actual amount.Not completely sure if the pumps are like this with all credit cards...just comdata/company gas cards.

Why do your card readers never work?! I do not enjoy having to go into a crowded, line out the store place because your gas pumps never accepts debit or credit cards. Will not be returning.

Store opens and closes based on Staff... Not 24 hrs

Got off work went to this race track location and at 2:30 am they had a sign on the door closed till 5:30 am when they are supposed to be open 24 hours. I gave them two stars because when they are open there service is good but if they are not open 24-7 as they have posted online they need to fix it.

You guys just changed the money order to under $100 without cash. If its over a $100 then it has to be cash. If thats the cash then we would just go to the banks. This is going to stop a lot of your business. Definitely will not come here at all very inconvenient.

Stay away from this place if you can, pumps do not work, theyre busy all the time and understaffed, they try to help many people at the same time and that is when mistakes happen.

The bathroom was well kept and the ladies at the register had excellent customer service. Also very noticeable from the street and easy to get in and out.

Id rather let my car run out of gas than come here. Pumps never work, card reader never works, touch screens dont work. Ive risked 285 on E to find another gas station. Shut it down.

Every time I come here to try to get gas the gas pump says cannot record, if you need gas go somewhere else.👎🏽

Cashier have terrible attitude and if you purchase Lottery she want you to wait for her to ring people up that came in line after after you. Theyre NOT social distance for Covid-19. Overcrowded and packed with too many people in the store.

Pretty great place for a swift driver like my self. To park up here waiting for the next load. Food good. But here lately restroom have been poor. Hope they fix it soon.

Cierra needs to be fired. Walked 50 yards into the store. Waiting in a ridiculous line that 3 RT employees couldn’t handle. Walked back out just to realIze she didn’t put it on the right pump. They made me walk back into the store, wait in line again just to get something I already paid for. Very unsatisfied with the management and employees here and this RT. Not coming back.

Went to the store to buy coffee and gas, when I was going to paid I ask to put the difference of an amount in gas and the employee ask me 3 times how much and I gave the same respond. Then he said we dont do that you have to tell me the amount. Is he dont know math and subtract. Their system does that for them (well at least what I had see in other locations). I ended not getting gas. Bad service, they do need better training in their customers services.

I can only give 3 stars because too often their credit card machines won’t accept my card. I’d insert my card and the machine would still ask me to insert it. I’ve had family and friends to experience the same. An employee also once confirmed that the machines have been faulty. During the pandemic I’ve been trying to limit my interactions with others so going inside to pay has been very frustrating.

Always a problem at this gas station. The worst!

Convenient with great customer service. Have slushees, swirl cups, contraceptives, and more. They also conveniently have an air/vac pump but you will have to swipe your card or pay in cash. They do normally have security watching over the location and the security is pretty friendly in my experience.Great gas prices as well!

This place is always busy. I sometimes just come here to people watch. Their food options are good for a gas station. Good coffee and beer selections.

When I first started visiting this location I had no issues but now that time has passed theyve definitely declined in their quality of service. Employees with attitudes and poor customer service skills. Its enough of a reason to make me go elsewhere. They get 2 stars but only because the coffee is hot..

Pretty new gas station. It looks nice and is relatively clean. Also has a good number of pumps and large lot.

Race track is an excellent place to get gas for the car and the area is secured. I always feel alright when I am there.

Horrible service. This gas station is in a high traffic area. Over crowding inside and at pump. Staff not equipped for the traffic that comes. The women working day shift have bad attitudes. Its obvious they are annoyed. Very UNPROFESSIONAL & GHETTO !

The pumps actually have some room between them. The store is always clean and stocked. Lots of choices of snacks.

Due to recent gas station crimes in South Fulton, I feel safe going to this gas station. They have 1-2 police officers on guard at all times.

Visited today just to get frozen yogurt. The area was very dirty with spilled toppings all over the counter space. I imformed the manager who stated I know, well get to it when we can. Needless to say I wont be back!

Better priced gas station, almost always clean inside.

Place is always busy, but they have a lot of pumps so I usually dont have to wait too long. Sometimes there arent any cooked hotdogs which is a bummer because theyre pretty good.

This Racetrac is almost up to the high standards I usually see at the chain but this one falls short. I wouldnt say not to come here but theres another one down the street towards I-85 thats much better. This one is usually extremely busy and a PITA to get in and out of. Ive been in here when Items need to be restocked and havent. Also the restrooms, and main area have been dirty a few times.Good stop if your going to get on 285 or at Camp Creek but if you can wait Id stop at another Racetrac or Quicktrip. This place is still better than many other gas stations.
