No one in the place knew how to use the printer. An employee did figure it out for me. I really appreciated it.

I paid $20 to print a document and the printer was not printing ink evenly and left a weird track on the documents.This is no way a reflection on Kupcakerie, very disappointed because it was a legal document so it needed to be clear.
