VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Did not have a good experience with this company. I submitted my logo to be digitized which I was told it would take 48 hours to be converted due to holiday orders. Fine. Almost a week passes and I hit the company back up asking for updates on the Logo. He said Sorry for the late response, I was sick and now the company that is supposed to convert your logo is closed for the rest of the year I responded very upset because this was a Christmas gift. He responds BACK saying only I was very sick and is hard to believe you are upset for a gift?? WHAAATT???? UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSENSITIVE towards a new customer. NO THANK YOU.

The Big Stitch is the best embroidery company I have found in the Metro area. I contacted two other companies before finding them and neither was interested in helping me with an emergency project. Shon jumped in and was happy to fit my needs in an already booked schedule. He was miticulous in evaluating my project and ensuring it was done correctly. I havent found a company that sends you a proof for approval before they proceed. This is a place you can trust with your items. I wont use anybody else. As a small business, image is very important to us. We are so happy to partner with The Big Stitch Atlanta for our uniform needs. These gentlemen really know their craft. Customer service was excellent, from response time and first contact to the communications about how we wanted the logo to look, arranged, and sized, to the turnaround time and pick up. We have small fine text in our logo, they managed to embroider it with no changes to it. Every single step was hassle free, just easy. The ordering process could not be any easier as their website is very user friendly. They carry multiple products and colors, so we were thrilled to find the safety orange we were looking for! We ended ordering the Gildan brand of shirts they carry. We are beyond impressed! The quality of the t-shirts and polos and the embroidery is amazing! We are a landscape company, so our shirts get used and abused. We had the shirts for over a year now, the embroidery is still intact. Requested a quote from this company a week ago and got an automated response saying they would get back with me. Didnt hear anything so I called and got a hello? on the other end. Long story short, this company is no longer in business. Advice to company: Take down your website and cancel automated email responses.
