Only go here when I forget something from another store or because I dont want to go to Publix, Kroger, etc. Over priced, produce is a hit or miss. Not a wide selection of brands.

Old reliable. Still hanging in there. Prices kind of high. 5 meat items for $25 makes up for it though.

Store is wasnt that busy when I was there but items arent hard to find, customer service is ok but not great.

Make sure you check the meats very carefully as well as dates on your items.

Didnt get to shop. No rest room for patrons so I left.

Nice little store! I noticed more Hispanics were in this area and they had Spanish speaking cashiers which was a plus! Would come again, they had a cleaner store compared to the other ones I went to today

I grew up coming to this grocery store, it was always our go to place to shop for about 10 years. A couple years ago I moved father away and now I only go a a couple times a year. What I have noticed recently is that some of the employees over the years have lost their customer service skills. Or just became bitter and upset at everyone. I used to walk in and would get greeted by everyone with smiles. But lately I feel like the cashiers just always seem to be upset at everything. Just yesterday I was in like behind a lady using WIC, I’m not sure she knew she had to tell the cashier beforehand but she did not and the cashier then flipped out at her. She told her “you were supposed to give me this before” the customer apologized, and the cashier continued to disrespect the customer repeating over and over that she was supposed to tell her before hand, slamming things and being a complete a-hole for no reason. The only cashier I’ve had a good experience with is Luis. Not sure if he still works there but he’s been there for a while and he’s always been very respectful towards everyone. As well as the people in the meat and produce areas, all respectful. Please do something about your other employees.

I was totally enraged when I was in this neighborhood and needed to use the restroom. According to building code, supermarkets (like this one) are supposed to have a public restroom. They told me this stores restroom was not working--indefinitely. They are perfectly happy to take peoples money, but dont think those same customers are good enough to have a working restroom? This NEVER happens in Buckhead or nicer neighborhood. The management is either negligent or (worse) malicious. Shame on them.

I dont understand why this store think it is acceptable to sale food items that are soon to expire or already expired. Thats terrible. I notice with the piggy wiggly chain inside neighborhoods that is considered to be the hood, they dont have any respect for the community with regards to selling up to date produce AND frozen foods.

The employees are cool people but that food in there be higher than Snoop on the weekends its the only grocery store in the neighborhood. man if I ever hit the lottery Ill knock it down and put a Krogers right there to be all the way real. The meat be looking old and repacked just dont send your kids to that store alone cause you most definitely need an adult to make sure the dates are good. Its not that bad it could be better if everything is always fresh.....

This has terrible customer service . The lady in the last register by the carts is horrible. She is super slow at doing her job . I asked a question when I came in and she ignored me after the third time she finally answered my question.

For it to be a local grocery store its okay. I was disappointed in the vegan & veterinary options. I wish they would upgrade the store. The staff are friendly and decent people. They could be great but, they need more options in store for that.

I like it here, but theres not a grand feel to the place. Its like a small grocery store had a baby with a gas station. Ive never had a bad experience here though.

Very impressed. Was not a big piggly wiggly fan but their prices on meat are unmatched.

Two or three pkg of grapes had mold growing inside. The prices are a little high. I go for the souse meat and the lottery.

The location is great because its within walking distance of my apartment. The employees are professional and extend every courtesy. The store is clean and product is available. I never have to worry about price accuracy as the employees keep things nice and tidy. Now I have noticed items on the shelf past their date. I dont know if they notice or even if they rotate their stock. Their private label grocery items are not very good. The prices are about in line with convenience stores so its more expensive then say shopping at a Kroger. I think the store is great for picking up a few items in the go. You can probably save more shopping at Kroger or Walmart.

I was hard up for a quick shopping trip....I was unimpressed by what is offered at this location. Vegetables were not fresh. I saw a lot of brand names I was unfamiliar with. The store needs to level up. Lighting was low quality. The check out area was dated. I spent as little as possible and got of there as fast as I could. Piggly Wiggly needs to go out of business.

Employees ate always the same. They greet you coming in and their overall temperament is kind. I appreciate that in a time where their are so many customer service reps, cashiers and store employees who are so rude and appear angry when working. Im glad its not like that here at PW. I actually like shopping there. Thank you, employees

Good people, food & prices

I was forced to go to this store because it was the only #grocery store in the area.. How is it possible to have places like these in a Food Desert! Its making the problem worse...I feel like the owners drove around and picked up all the left over trash bins from local grocery stores and farmers market dusted it off and put it on the shelves!Everything is ridiculously over priced.. The store is dirty.. Bad lighting.. Poor customer service .. Expired labels!Why does the city of East Point Allow this! Clearly they dont care about there citizens.. If they did.. This store would have to clean up its ways or shut down!Where are the board of health and other compliance agencies when you need them?! #epicfailWe wont be back!

The place could be a little cleaner, but the prices on the Piggly Wiggly brands are very reasonable and just as good as the national brands. As for the meats if the refrigeration level was just a tad colder I believe the quality would be better than just okay.

Meat is fresh and priced very well. Store was clean and the cashiers and baggers were very friendly. I will go again.

A well known chain as this was disappointing on previous visits. The vegetables ARENT fresh. They are also PRE-PACKAGED. I like picking my own fruits and vegetables. But what I most disliked was the fact that I have to purchase a MINIMUM of $5 to use my debit or credit card. When all I wanted was a loaf of bread. Why make your shoppers/customers buy stuff THEY DONT NEED 👎😔

Stopped in to get a onion since I was on Washington rd an was the closest grocery store I seen in that area.. Smdh nasty nasty nasty wont be going in there again

Olde Tyme Grocery Store a wide variety perishables and non-perishables and meats they stock typical southern food of the many varieties I would personally check the code dates on all and the expiration dates on meats remember the expiration code dates is just the suggested time of exploration six months or a year one more on canned goods the only thing is going to change is taste meet you however is there a couple of days over half fine its like youll be at a reduced price and they perfectly good We Buy Gold meats you should cook it thoroughly your local guide from Jacksonville Florida Joe Cochrane and the sun always shines in Philadelphia

I have been in this neighborhood for over 19 years. The neighborhood has changed and so has Piggly Wiggly. In this plaza we had a beauty shoppe, a self laundry mat, a few restaurants and a Family Dollar (not the ones we have now) The crime rate went up high, the quality of residents went down, the businesses started getting broken into, Piggly Wiggly several times. One man got into an argument with a sales person at the old Family Dollar, came back at night and burned it down, along with other businesses including the laundry mat. What the fire did not destroy, the smoke did. When the mini mall was finally completed, the stores were not the same, and the insurances went sky high and the quality went down. Same thing happen to CVS. So these merchants are not going to keep stocking prime merchandise as long as the residents keep destroying it. It may be terrible but it is all that is in this neighborhood. Same thing happened to the Spanish market up the street.
