I have ordered from S&W multiple times now. They are great! The men who delivered my appliances came when they said they would and the sales people were great to work with. Especially Amy - she was able to point me in the right direction and help me make decisions when it came to certain products. She was also very pleasant and patient with my questions. I highly recommend this place!

I ordered a new oven from S and W over the phone--I knew exactly what I needed, made it the easiest sale ever for them. When it was delivered on June 4 2021, it was missing a trim piece. I was told that would be shipped to me. 2-3 months later I started calling to find out where the piece was. I left multiple messages for the relevant salesperson, never received a call back. Finally I managed to actually get him on the phone. He seemed very put out with me that I was even asking, and basically told me he wasnt responsible for Frigidaires slowness to reply. Almost 5 months later, I am still without a trim piece. Do I start calling again, wasting my time only to be told I am annoying for even asking?? I will need a new washer and dryer soon--S and W will NOT be getting that sale.

Excellent experience at S&W. Staff was friendly and helpful while I was trying to determine which dishwasher was best. Was in and out in less than 45 minutes - better yet my dishwasher was delivered and installed by their recommended plumber just about a week later. Will be coming back for future appliance purchases. We bought a convection Frigidaire double wall oven and there was a miscommunication about the delivery date. We were told we would have it installed for 12/30. We had planned for it coming in on 12/20 and thought we weren’t going to have an oven in time for Christmas. Adam was extremely sympathetic and understanding to what had happened. He went above and beyond to contact the owner and the installer to make things right. He was able to arrange the install for 12/23 and basically saved Christmas. Thank you so much Adam 🎄🎅🏻❤️

Im only going to comment on their advertising. I received an email on 5/6 regarding Memorial Day Grill Savings. The ad showed grills with a NOW $XXX price. When I compared their price with every other store it was the same. I called the store to be sure the pricing was accurate. It was. There is no savings, the ad is extremely misleading. The employee I spoke with was polite enough about it.

Our 20 year-old 42 Sub Zero was on its last legs and we needed a replacement. Called S&W and talked to Mark, two weeks later I met him at the store and went with his Dacor fridge recommendation. We couldnt be happier with it! Customer Service and responsiveness is excellent, the delivery and install team showed up on time and did a great job. 6 months later this fridge is hands down better than the old Sub-Zero. Well be buying our appliances from S&W moving forward!

Back in February 2020 we needed a new washer and because we had a stackable washer and dryer we decided it would be best to replace both. Then we looked at our refrigerator and said, ok time to replace that too. Our neighbor told us about S&W so we decided to check them out. We couldnt be happier! Our salesperson Mark was super helpful and handled all of our needs with care. Everything they said they could do they did. The staff were all friendly and experienced which matters a lot to me when making a big purchase. The delivery and set up were superb and they even removed all the old appliances.I would recommend them to anyone They are top notch in my book.

Wonderful experience purchasing a new stove at S&W Appliances. I love to cook but in all these years had never purchased a stove (just used whatever came with the house) so I wanted it to be something special but not too over-the-top. The salesperson Adam was very knowledgable about the different stoves and features and what would be a smart pick for me. Communication throughout the process was great, the installation people were wonderful, and I absolutely LOVE my new stove. Im so glad I didnt go with one of those big box stores and went with a smaller locally owned store instead. Theres a reason S&W have been in business for 70+ years!

We recently moved near Boston from Providence and needed to purchase all new appliances. We stopped into S&W just to browse and ended up purchasing everything there.These guys were outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about them. The prices were very competitive. They were accommodating with the delivery date as we needed several months before delivery. We got zero interest financing. They handled all the rebates for us. And we had a few warranty claims that they also handled for us. No issues having the repair service come to Boston.This has been the best experience we have had with a business, and we cant imagine having similar attention and service at a big box store. Were also very happy to shop local and support a business that does so great for their customers. Many thanks to Derek and the whole team there. If youre looking for appliances give them a shot. You wont regret it.

Excellent staff, fair pricing, good selection. We always shop around and have ended up going back there on two separate occasions when replacing our appliances. Mark, the owner, is very dedicated to his business, not only as the owner, but is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Very pleasant to talk with also, as is the rest of the staff. S & W is always worth stopping in. They can also provide a lot of good information, which is helpful when researching all the pros and cons.

Do yourself a favor and skip the box stores. Staff know their stuff and makes you totally at ease with your purchase. Delivery and setup went as smoothly as possible. Delivery guys Eduardo and Ernesto were gentlemen and careful with my appliances. Kyle did a great job with installation. I just want to thank S&W for such a professional job well done. I’ll never go anywhere else to purchase an appliance.

Kitchen remodel August 2018. Purchased full Samsung suite, including French door refrigerator with ice & water in door. Ice maker started to go in December. Called for repair (under warranty) give 2 week repair date. Watched YouTube video (numerous complaints about ice maker in the Samsung model) and was able to defrost and get working. Happened two more times. Repair came May 3. I was told 3 parts were recalled, ordered from manufacturer. June 28,parts still on back order. Have had this product for 10 months with ice maker working only for 6. Little customer service. Parts still on back order. I want a new fridge without recalled parts. So far, nothing but apologies from lovely receptionist.

Same pricing or a little less than the big box stores. Customer service is much better than big box stores. They have their own delivery crew. They were neat and professional. They took away my old appliances without charging for that service.

The price cannot be beaten. I tried 3 different places. Depot, lowes, and wickford appliances and noone beat the price. Wickford didnt even want to take the time and work with it. This is where the right price is.

I bought a fridge from them about a year and a half ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Ive tried calling them and they just keep referring me to other companies for repairs. After 7, literally 7, repair visits you would think they would realize they sold a piece of junk (a freezer that will not freeze anything) and try to help resolve but whenever I call they cannot be bothered.

Outstanding service. I replaced my 28 year old Viking 48 professional, owner spent over 2 hours with me, thoroughly explaining different brands and models. Went with Thermador, I negotiated with him to the price I needed to be. Even picked up a Thermador dishwasher at no cost. Removal went smoothly, they were careful to not damage my viking, as I had it sold. Installation went flawless.Im very impressed. Your money will be treated with respect, unlike at Wickford.
