Very clean store and welcoming store. All the associates are friendly. Just a comfortable place to shop.

This giant is 1 of the better ones! It has anything from a great bakery to a awesome beer and wine store, as well as a great deli counter and more.The produce department at this giant is impressive, and usually offers a good selection of non organic/organic produce.The staff at this store is always polite and helpful, and can usually help me find what I need.

The place is clean and the staff is great. If you have a problem ask for Dana she can usually help. This is the place for me. Great food great service

The produce, meats, and seafood have always been fresh, with a decent variety. The store is never over crowded. The added bonus of a beer and wine section makes this store a great place to shop.

Great fruits and vegetables. Bakery items are fantastic. Love everything except for the shopping carts. They feel like you have a flat tire. As soon as they get that fixed this will be my primary place to shop.

I dont know if the East Stroudsburg giant has a new bakery manager. But for the past 3-4 months. They have a lot of bare spots in cooler and freezer and ôj I used to buy the Boston cream cakes every week. And there hasnt been any in months. I asked a girl why. And she had no answer. Very disappointed.

I love my Giant, always well stocked. An you can always find various marked clearance. I see a lot of people are screaming about self check out, they have the bigger self check out, I do my own because I am fair more faster then their cashiers. Sorry ladies and gentlemen but it is fact.

I am giving this store a 2 5 rating. The products available are GREAT but the Customer Service counter is either unmanned or when an associate is available, they are unable to answer questions about product availability and location. My hunch is that turn around at the CS desk is high and the associates are not familiar with what there is for sale and where it is located.

Prices too high prices going up on things that were $2 is like for $5 now whats up with that food is not top quality selling us anything cash register young people dont know what theyre doing theyre not trained right

The produce section is absolutely horrible lack ing many items and what is there is for the most part terrible and seems old already. The rest of the store is okay nothing great.

This is my favorite Giant store! I am in Maryland for the summer and the Giant here is not the same quality at all. Can’t wait to get back to my favorite Giant!

Don’t plan on getting a bunch of groceries shopping here. 9 times out of 10 shoppers are forced to use tiny self checkouts. No place or space to set the groceries. The self checkout impatiently tells customers when to scan, where to place the scanned groceries frequently making mistakes throughout the process. Randomly saying false statements like please remove unscanned items. It’s ridiculous. No place to put groceries and the whole experience is worth avoiding altogether. Many people that live near here will go drive somewhere else for good reason. The Giant self checkout stations are undersized and constantly make mistakes that require employees to reset the station. This place seems to be designed for only buying a bag or two of groceries. Truly an annoying shopping experience every time. Unfortunately the store rarely uses the bigger checkouts..The employees are always nice and helpful. They have to listen to the self checkout computers make mistakes all day. I feel bad for anyone shopping at this story that arrives at one of those tiny self checkout stations with a big cart full of groceries because they will assuredly be in for an unnecessary headache.

This new Giants is great. The layout is very different. I used to shop at a Giants in Allentown. When I moved down in 2016 Weis supermarket in my area. Went back to shop at Giants supermarket. 👍🤓

I usually like giant stores but this one was rude. They have it set up so that the cashier has to yell at everyone. I was in line to check out, waited to put my groceries up until the cashier emptied and wiped down the belt.... as Im loading, she tells at me that I have to wait and get back (mind you, Im already about 10 feet away... they have long belts). I asked why there isnt a sign? She said there used to be but management took it down. Its ridiculous to go into a grocery store and be screamed at. She also had to yell at the person behind me. What a rude place.

Giant and trader Joes are consistently my all time favorite stores, and to whatever degree possible, I do all my shopping there.Giants prices and selections are almost always excellent.If you shop correctly, giants weekly specials can save you hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars a year.Giants store brand and private label products tend to be of exceptional quality (except for Arcadia water) and priced exceptionally reasonably.And finally, as a kosher consumer, they have a very large selection of certified products. (Except for the store brand soy sauce, which should be kosher, but ridiculously is not certified.)

I visit the store every week they have a good sale every week and I take advantage of it the store is always clean and never do you have to get a rain check because the shelves are always stocked.They have a worker there by the name ofMonisha who will stop what shes doing to assist you with a smile on her face, Im always asking her for help and she will stop what she is doing toassist me. I am very upset of what happen yesterday the nerve of a women name Diane In Giants was observing us in giants because i bought things in Walmart and came in to the store to shop and she has the audacity to ask me for my receipt there is a way you talk to ppl and her way wasn’t it so I’m not even surprised neither cause she was very rude from the beginning

The place is pretty clean, organized, and full of fresh goods. The staff is friendly. Also, the parking lot is spacious. Prices are pretty good when you have a loyalty card. It gives you decent discounts on some items. Keep an eye on some good offers placed in the middle isles between checkouts and shelves.

We like shopping there but I dont think they have the best cuts of meat other than that its a nice store

I had a very unsatisfying experience at your store today. As a first time experience Ill never go back. We went through all the aisles, most were empty. Your prices are quite pricey compared to other stores. I wasnt able to purchase the live lobsters cooked for me while I shopped. I bought the Canadian lobster tails in a frozen state. Your clerks are not savvy about their stations. At the check out, the cashier Sharon isnt wipe down the belt after the prior customer and spoke to me rudely. I explained to her that it was our first time there but that didnt change her attitude. My husband is handicapped and he offered to go to customer service window to pay for the beer purchase while I stayed and paid for the grocery order. She acted as though I was going to steal it. She filled the bags too full and two ripped. I explained this to another associate and she apologized but an excuse that the cashier was that way. She didnt smile or try to understandat all. If you dont treat seniors the right way it shows that your store doesnt train their help at all. Out of a rating 1 to 10. I would give her a 3. I have always shopped at your store on Rt. 611, Ill go back their instead. They treat seniors with the respect that they deserve.

Brand new Store and the selections are multiple....they even have Organic Produce and other foods for your picking.The store is spacious giving the shoppers more room to move throughout store w/o any obstructions or running into another shopper...Not now due to Covid-19 but when this clears up we will get back both our hot and cold service......

Went there to purchase liquor and the employee at that register there was rude and had a nasty attitude. The other employee at the front of the store was screaming that the entrance was closed. Lastly, I asked another employee for help in one of the isles and she just walked away. Terrible. Thats how you service customers? Management needs to open their eyes to their employees unless they also just dont care about their customers. The store left a first bad impression and I definitely wont be spending my money here ever again.

Wanted to order a 3 foot sub for New Years Eve and got told to come back the next day because the associate didnt want to mess the order up. Really if you work there, you should know how to take an order for pickup. Finally after 3 days of trying to order my sub, I got a person who knew what they were doing. I go to pick my order up on the day I asked it to be ready and no one knows where to find my order. Someone finally comes that knows where they are and when they bring me the sandwich, it doesnt look 3 foot long like advertised and I have to ask for the side that comes with it. After searching the paper, they see that you get a container of potato salad or macaroni salad with the sub. Now I get home and decide to measure the sandwich I ordered its 4 inches short of 3 foot. Really I still paid the same price as a 3 foot sandwich. To top it off the Turkey side had about 3 slices of Turkey to 4 inches of bread, so we had a bread sandwich. Very disappointing because I have ordered sandwiches in the past from Bartonsville and never had these issues. Get it together and stop ripping off the customers that pay your pay check.
