My refrigerator’s ice maker production had slowed way down, so I called Guarantee Appliance. They were able to come the next morning, and seemed quite professional and knowledgeable. Issue was repaired quickly and with good results. Later in the day, the office called to say their math had been off by one digit and so my bill was adjusted by a few dollars which I also really appreciated. I will definitely use again, and I recommend giving this business your business.

Friendly, professional, courteous. Reasonable rate.When I called, the guy was able to come check out our broken dryer the next day, had the parts in his truck, and was able to fix it right away! So we were able to get back to the laundry before it piled up too high!He was also very upfront about the cost. There were no surprises.

We needed a washer repair so we called our regular repair people but were given an appointment for 3 weeks out. Not o.k. Called Guarantee and they were here within 2 hours. They diagnosed the bad part and replaced it 2 days later. That did not fix the machine so they ordered a new motherboard and installed that. Still didnt fix it. They spent another hour going through everything and could not find the issue. Then I was told there will be no charge because they couldnt fix the machine. Unreal.The problems with this machine were caused by us. I am very pleased with Guarantees workmanship and wish they couldve found the issue so I could pay them. We will be calling them first in the future and I encourage you to do the same.

They are fast at repairs. I am so hard on my wash machine I guess with kids n non stop washing. Or before I had a standard washer I had a front loader with problems. Theyve worked on my washers a lot. I think they do great work. Theyve always fixed my problems in under an hour.

Highly recommend we went to drop of our dryer to have the belt replace. Dropped it off and started to leave they said if you wanna wait it will done in 15 minutes. It was and the price was fair.

They were nice but I don’t think it’s right to charge someone if you don’t fix their problem. Especially if you didn’t even spend 30 minutes on it for $122.
