Bought an alternator with a lifetime warranty that went out less than a year later. Now they cant find my information, and refuse to replace it. Its their own brand! Its a Duralast! Spoke with the manager, who was very nice, but apparently his hands were tied by his bosss corporate greed. Tighten up. Ive been a customer for 20 years. No more.

Good parts store but very offer gives me the wrong parts. And wont open an account for me as all the other parts stores have. Their loss I do lots of biz.

Went in for new wipers tonight and the woman there was an amazing help explaining the different types. She put them on for me even though it was freezing outside! One wasnt wanting to go on so she got another one and it worked. She really was awesome and wished me a safe trip to Seattle in the morning 😁 so glad yall were open until 9pm.

I went to Auto Zone last week to get help figuring out if my battery or alternator was bad. The guy came outside and tested and informed me that for sure it was my battery. I asked him if he could help me change it and he told me that due to covid he wasnt allowed to help. The car was outside and he didnt need to get into my car. Funny, I heard a commercial tonight stating how Auto Zone helps change batteries. I ended up going next door to the other auto shop and they were more than happy to help me.

Staff said they would hold a part for us because we lived out of town tell morning when my girlfriend went in to town next morning to pick it up they changed their mind and said we only hold it for 6 hours so why say you will hold it tell morning? Deceiving to the customer wont trust Wenatchee store again they have the parts but do do other stores in that area. THIS IS ONLY FOR WENATCHEE STORE NOT FOR EAST WENATCHEE.

I know next to nothing about cars and all I needed was an air filter replacement and the technician let me in on another purchase for a separate cabin air filter I didnt even know existed AND came outside and swapped both for me. 10/10 man 🔥🔥

I am very thankful for the staff at the East Wenatchee AutoZone!I have been dealing with a horrible smell in my car for days.When I first arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful young lady named Jackie, she then included Ricky the Store Manager in our conversation.Ricky was able to diagnose my problem right a way. He also saved me a $1500 bill from the dealership!He was very knowledgeable with the part I needed and what I needed to do. I am so thankful for these two!When I first called around to different parts stores to help diagnose the problem, I can tell you, I did not receive the care and concern for my situation like Ricky and Jackie gave me!I even called the Wenatchee AutoZone location and I did not receive the same customer service I got at the East Wenatchee location.Thank you, Jackie and Ricky for all of your help, it means a lot to have people like you in our community who will go the EXTRA MILE to help a stranger out!

The manager makes herself available, and is very helpful. Rick did his best for me when I was stranded in Quincy. The Quincy AutoZone was experiencing a power outage, the people here stepped up to the plate, and made the difference.

They did not have the parts that I needed

Great service!!I had an engine light come on while I was traveling. The store manager opened a few minutes early so someone come help me with my car. They got a code reader, looked up the numbers, and got me back on the road in short order. They were incredibly helpful!

I called to enquire about an ignition for a 89 Honda Civic. While this store didnt have it in stock she checked Wenatchee and confirmed they had it in stock. She also explained over the phone to the best of her ability what the part looked like to ensure that it was a match.

Literally terrible. Ive been here twice, the first time the cashier ignored me for 10 minutes so I walked out. The second time an employee was putting in my new battery and couldnt figure out how to use the ratchet, so when he picked up a call from his mom after 12 minutes of struggling, I took the tools and did it myself.

I went into AutoZone to get some tools and I went and looked at the seat covers and there were 2 that I really liked and they were on sale i went to the cashier and they were $30 and I said they are on sale the cashier went and looked and said sorry they arent on sale its been busy and one of my buddys put it here! first and last time here
