My wife and I love to come here and stock up on seasonal candles. Staff is always wanting to help out and find you the sales as well!

Its fine for what it is. Product is constantly changing, which is good. However, it feels cramped compared to the old location which is difficult to maneuver around if youre claustrophobic. If youre sensitive to fragrances, do not enter.

Kierstin (Sorry if I misspelled your name) you were great! You greeted us, and you were happy to do so! You made sure to tell us about your guys latest promotions and even recommended what scents YOU thought were best, let me tell you, every single item you showed us, was Perfect!!!! Retail isnt an easy job, you dont see employees willing to engage with customers the way Kierstin did!! She was so genuine and happy to help EVERY customer that came in after us. Even though, I didnt purchase anything, I wanted to come leave a review to let everyone know how awesome and professional she is! Thank you for a great experience, I will definitely be back in, soon!

Love this store but I live so far from one. I know I could go online but I like to smell what Im purchasing.

My wife and mother in law went in today and had no one approach them when needing help waited and waited still no one would help them, what is wrong with your customer service if you dont like your jobs find another. After waiting in line for a long while to check out my wife had brought a lot of buy so many get so many for free and your cashier refused to give her the deals that were posted out on the sales floor and the floor associate told my wife what she was getting was a deal, someone wasnt educated on your sales so she said never mind and left a good amount of product on the counter and said forget it. You just lost revenue and our business.

I love this sore, always have. Today, after going in and being helped by Kiersten, I must say, I feel like I love it even more. She was ready with all the info I could have needed. She offered up her choices of best scents, and she knew the product well! She is the reason people return! Thank you for all your attention while we browzed.

Everything smelly and good. Candles, air fresheners, soaps. That kind of thing. Country decor and lots of samples. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The seasonal scents here are one of the best things--pumpkin everything!! Theres even a handful of guy appropriate body sprays, and they arent bad, so it makes it a lot less weird to be a guy walking through there.

Love this store, there are always sales going on and everyone is also very helpful, would definitely go there more often. Love how they get new seasonal things as well!
